Welcome to our White Sands Condo from Rent On Padre. This is a Beautiful 3BR/2BA Duplex located on South Padre Island. This is a gorgeous second story of a duplex that sleeps up to 11 people! This condo is very spacious with lots of room for everyone.. You get 2 King Size Beds, and a sleeper sofa. The third bedroom is a bunk room which includes a twin bunk, and full/twin bunk. It is fresh and clean!

Also included are Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher as well as other things to make it easier to enjoy your home away from home

This condo has a view of the water. You can see the Gulf from the front balcony and the Bay from the Back Balcony.

This condo is located at 113 White Sands. You are less than a block to the Beach Access. This may be a private residential duplex, but you do have many of the amenities you get at a larger condo complex. You have access to the Holiday Inn Express pool and hot tub right outside your back door. It is gorgeous and well kept. During the busy spring and summer, you can watch the fireworks at Clayton's from your front balcony! Or head out to the beach to see them, Clayton's is just around the corner!

Located nearby is the Sea Turtle Inc, which is the turtle rescue center, as well as the Convention Center and Clayton's. You will love this house!

Awesome Stay / Would recommend!

We are a big family of 11. 5 kids under the age of 5 and 6 adults. The location is amazing. Very quiet section. You can see the beach from the balcony, and it only takes about 100 steps to reach it. Fireworks from Clayton's can be sent from the front deck or even in the yard if you have kids that are energetic like ours. The owner does live below but so sweet and can help quickly if anything comes up. Inside the house had all we needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only thing I would change would be to add tvs to the other two bedrooms, so the kids can relax in bed with tv time rather than all piled up on the couch. Also my kids loved the pool. Right out the back door and a few steps you have access to a huge pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our third vehicle had to find parking on street but got lucky to find a spot close by. Not a new property but had everything we needed.

While it is lacked some on site amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the Holiday Inn pool, but we’re given the option. There is not a true master bedroom with its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms worked well enough for our group. If you want to be close to some action near Clayton’s, this is a short walk and a good location. The friendly owner lives beneath the unit. There’s parking for two vehicles, but it can be a challenge depending on the weekend to place more vehicles nearby.
