This fully furnished bright luxury 4-bedroom home is ideally situated if you are looking to stay in south Calgary near a plethora of amenities while providing an ample 2300 square feet of chic living space.

I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers, mattress pads and sheets. When you arrive, you can be assured that everything is FRESH and CLEAN!
The lower level of the home has an additional living area with gas fireplace, books, games and above grade windows with plenty of light. The FOURTH Bedroom is also on this level and its own 4pc Bathroom.
All bookings require a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT acknowledging house rules and community bylaws. This will be emailed and is required to be signed within 24 hours of booking.

As is standard, it's expected that you leave the house in the same condition upon which you found it. The included cleaning fee is so you get to walk into a fresh, sanitized, spotless, clean home. It's not for our cleaners to do your dishes or pick up your garbage, wipe nasty spills etc.
Our cleaners don't clean up after you, they clean, prep and sanitize FOR you.
*For booked stays longer than 2 weeks, bi monthly cleaning is required and will be added to the reservation. This includes floors, kitchen and bathrooms and is done in order to keep the house in tip top state through bookings of our long-term guests. Per visit cost is $175.00
Upon Departure: RE: Excessive Cleaning
Full housekeeping is provided upon departure, however we do ask that dishes are clean and the kitchen left tidy. If additional housekeeping is required above and beyond the normal time allotted for each accommodation you will be charged at an hourly rate of $60 + 5% GST for each additional hour of housekeeping required.
Home is conveniently equipped with keyless entry.
* PETS: $35 Pet fee per night - Pet agreement to be signed at the time of booking and a $300 refundable pet deposit is required. Only 1 pet allowed due to the bylaw restrictions for the community.
PETS CONTINUED: Please indicate ahead of time if you are traveling with pets. Pets are not to be left alone in the home. Guests MUST AGREE to walk pets off property for potty breaks and pets are not permitted on any of the furniture or on the carpeted areas of the home which include second level of the home (the upper bedroom level) and the lower level of the home (lower bedroom area). These are carpeted areas and we try to keep to a minimum where the pet fur travels as it makes it easier in the long run to keep the home very clean. Guests must agree to this prior to booking.

• Check-out is by 10 AM, as we must have adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. - If there are no incoming guests the day you depart we will, when possible, always try to accommodate late checkout if possible.
