Complete with cooking utensils, linens, etc. WIFI with 65” flat screen in living room, 46" flat screen in bedroom. (adjustable base bed in the bedroom) An electric fireplace for those cozy evenings in the living room. Large walkin shower. The best views from your 4th floor patio. No one above you, very quiet building, 5 pools, 4 heated October thru April, beautiful gym in the community center. Embassy Suites Hotel is next door along with Stonecreek Golf Club. My husband & I have owned & lived in this condo for 15 years. We purchased another condo in one of the other buildings at Anasazi, which is why this one is being rented.

Why they chose this property

This property is a gem of the Paradise Valley area. It is definitely resort living with the 5 pools, (4 heated from October 1st thru April 30th) beautiful grounds for walking.
