We present this elegant and spacious 3 bedroom apartment just a few minutes from Gran Via, the most famous street in the city and one of the busiest. Known for its cinemas and large theaters you can enjoy numerous musicals and shows and a wide range of entertainment, stores and exquisite restaurants. You will be amazed by its architecture, and each building in Gran Via is more beautiful than the previous one and has its own history. Undoubtedly a privileged place where you can find atmosphere at any time of day throughout the year.

Excellently communicated just 1 min from Gran Via subway and numerous bus stations, and only 3 min from Dia supermarket.



The apartment has three bedrooms, one of them with double bed, the second with two double beds and the third with two single beds, the stay is united in a bright and spacious living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances to complement the stay, has two bathrooms with shower. It has different elements that will make the stay even more comfortable, such as heating with electric radiators, WiFi network, flat TV, and a space to work and study.

A lot of money for a messy property

This was definitely the last time I made deals with HomeAway. I have already deleted my account. This is not the first time that I rented a property turns out to be a real disaster paying a lot of money. This time we had no alternative but to move to a hotel despite having spent a ridiculous ammount of money on the HomeAway rental. HomeAway has lost an exceptional client.

Appartement spacieux

Appartement très spacieux, très bonne literie. Très bien situé, plein centre de Madrid, en bas de l'appartement métro, bus... Appartement propre, les salles de bain auraient besoin d'être refaite mais dans l'ensemble c'est bien. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec la machine à laver mais qui a été réglé le lendemain. Hôte très réactif, merci beaucoup.

Crítica Fuencarral V

La casa estaba sucia, las imágenes no se adecuaban a lo que realmente te encuentras allí, las duchas estaban mohosas con las juntas negras y una de ellas tras ducharse se salía el agua. Pocas almohadas puesto que para los que dormían en el sillón no habían, además las sábanas que habían para los sillones tenían manchas amarillentas. El horno sucio por dentro, nos dieron una única bolsa de basura para 4 días de estancia y no se nos informó dónde ni a qué horas se tiraba la basura, por lo que estuvimos conviviendo con el olor que ésta desprendía. Una de las habitaciones no tenía interruptor de la luz, tenias que meterte en una habitación invadiendo la privacidad de los demás para encender la luz de tu habitación, sumado a esto había una luz de emergencia que siempre tenía el piloto iluminado por la noche y una de las persianas no cerraba, por lo que no había oscuridad en la habitación. Las lámparas de noche de esa misma habitación tenían la tulipa agarrada con cinta de pintar, es decir la de papel. El suelo hace un ruido de escándalo, además bajo la casa hay una tienda que tiene la música alta de 10 de la mañana a 10 de la noche, que es cuando cierra. Poco papel higiénico, puesto que éramos 10 y sólo habían 3 rollos para 4 días. En resumen, casa poco recomendada, te la encontrarás sucia y con muchos desperfectos, si lo único que buscas es una casa para dormir un grupo grande podría estar pasable, pero no para hacer vida ahí. Y para finalizar, decir que tardaron 7 días en ingresarme la fianza que se me cobraron nada más llegar a la oficina para hacer el check in. Rápidos para cobrar pero tardíos para devolver.

Misleading Listing - Pictures don’t reflect the property!

We are very disappointed with the apartment. It is very rundown and the current pictures on HomeAway.com do not reflect the apartment and its current state. The bathroom is filthy and the water pressure is so bad, we cannot use one of the bathrooms. There is dust all throughout the apartment, and the floors are extremely uneven which poses a trip hazard. The shutters in the bedrooms do not close to block out the light, which means we were up at 6am everyday because the sun lit up the room. This is terrible sleep quality. The heavy doors leading into the property are slammed open and shut every day from around 6am, so if the light doesn’t wake you up, the noise sure will. The apartment has a very unpleasant, damp smell in it. Check in staff think one key for an apartment that sleeps 12 is sufficient. After much negotiating we were able to get two! All in all we are extremely unhappy with this apartment, and feel we paid far too much money to stay here. The pictures are misleading and we feel we should have stayed at a hotel instead. Only saving grace is the location!
