villa with pool, access and sea view

In the heart of the esterel, in Théoule sur mer, villa forming part of a private domain with access via a barrier (with remote control or code).
The villa is facing the sea without any vis-à-vis and the access to the sea is located just opposite the garage, this access is by a private road leading to a private cove also.

It is a villa on two floors (designed for 2 families (9 people maximum)) with swimming pool and sea view.
It consists of an equipped kitchen with a combi oven / microwave.
Two bedrooms (one with a double bed (+ TV) and one with a bunk bed) are available on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a TV lounge and three bedrooms are available.

The location of the property is simply exceptional and at a very reduced price (first rental experience).

The pool is maintained by a professional who visits once a week (every Friday).

Cleaning at your expense.

The pool is not recommended for very small children for safety reasons, we nevertheless have a saftey turtle type device (up to 3 bracelets to put on your children's arms and which will sound the alarm if they enter in contact with water). This device can be hand-delivered for any holidaymaker from around Brussels.
