It comes with three bedrooms which include a double with an en-suite and two further doubles, as well as a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep six guests. Also inside, find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a utility, a dining area and a sitting area. To the exterior, you will find plenty of off-road parking, along with a patio and decking with furniture. Dale View Farm is a homely cottage in a superb location for exploring the Peak District.
Note: Five well-behaved pets welcome.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed patio and decking with furniture. Owner is happy to welcome up to 5 well behaved pets (there is a £25.00 fee per pet). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note; Owner lives next door in adjoining property. Please note: dogs must be kept on a lead outside fenced patio due to farm animals nearby. Note: bookings can't start or end on a Saturday.
