This Balboa cottage was perfect for our family. Location to downtown is stones throw and makes it easy on/off the island. Parking was not hard. Hosts were very sweet and communicative. Will rent again!

One beautiful charming cottage at Balboa Island , that was very convenient location and space was fantastic. great host and communication was very friendly , rooms were extremely clean ...can't wait to come back again...less than 2 minutes walk to the harbour and beach

We had a great stay! The house is charming, comfortable and peaceful and the perfect location. Close to town and equal distance from north to south bay fronts. You can tell that much love and thought was brought in to the home. The host is very responsive, I had a few questions and they were answered in good time. Everything was decorated for the 4th of July holiday. Perfect for summer. I would 100% stay here again!

Friendly owner, spotless property, awesome location

This was a wonderful base for our stay in Balboa. Just a quick walk to downtown Balboa Island, and meticulously clean and cared for. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. We'd enjoy staying again.

Family Reunion

Great beach cottage for a family vacation. We had other extended family on the island for a family reunion and it was super easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfy, and dinners on the patio were a highlight. We hope to return!

Perfect getaway!

What an awesome place to stay on Balboa Island! This house was perfect for our family. We had a variety of ages and it was the perfect fit! So close to downtown and the water. Highly recommend… the house was stocked with everything we needed which made it feel like home!

The house was lovely just as shown in all of the pictures. Lori was very sweet and attentive. We had a very small issue with the garbage disposal, and she addressed it immediately. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a great time.
