The spacious and cozy interior has been designed to meet all your needs. Outside it has a private infinity swimming pool with a shallow end and terraced garden with sunbathing areas.
There are sun loungers by the pool and charming shaded outdoor eating and seating areas. There is also a stunning roof terrace which provides a perfect spot for drinks in the evening. The villa offers great sea and mountain views in the desirable and peaceful location of Kalamar Bay. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the local beach clubs where you can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the Mediterranean, dine or enjoy the full range of water sports that are available. The premier resort of Kalkan with its array of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife is approx a 15 minute stroll or 3 minute taxi ride.
