About this property

Villa Catarina is a beautiful holiday home that was completed in 2010 and is located in the unspoilt village of Kringa. All interior furnishings were handmade. The villa is located on a hectare of private land surrounded by stone walls. An archway leads into the rear area, with a large swimming pool, a covered terrace ideal for cozy evenings, an outdoor shower and a beautiful stone-ingrill. Next to the house is a garage for two cars. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with open fireplace, dining table with seating for up to eight people and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. Villa Catarina sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, all with stylish suite bathrooms, one with a bath. The master bedroom has a covered terrace with siting area. Ideal for relaxing family holidays.

Wunderbar

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung, mit viel Platz, gut ausgestatteter Küche, Grillmöglichkeit, großem Garten und schönen Schwimmbad. Gute Lage: man erreicht i.A. in 20-30 Minuten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch das Meer. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter, die uns mit einem Willkommensgeschenkpaket bestehend aus Schinken, Käse und Rotwein begrüßt haben. Klasse! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
