Each of the units has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room as the perfect place to relax with a beautiful view from the balcony on the old town Labin, also two bedrooms with double beds, both decorated in a modern styles. There are also two bathrooms with shower. The price includes use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. The house has private parking for 3–4 cars.
