Great location

As a VRBO owner I look at rentals differently now. This rental was great with the exception of a few small things. The master shower didn’t have a shower curtain liner and just a fabric curtain that wasn’t long enough and water got on the floor with each use. It was clean and the location was great

Loved staying here! The location is excellent and loved having a pool and grill.

The property was very clean! And I liked the location and the fact that there was a pool, grill and hot tub. Only two things that were difficult or needed updates. The sliding glass door off the living room was extremely hard to open and close. And the shower curtain was pretty old.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation retreat away from the cold! Short walk to beach, view from living room was great and hot tub felt good in the evenings. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again!!

Nice Honeymoon

My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon. This was our first time to AMI and we fell in love with the area. The condo itself had much better views in person rather than pictures. The screened in front porch was amazing for breakfast and coffee in the morning. The place was very clean and well kept. If booking here-- be sure to pack (or buy) paper products, trash bags, and cooking essentials such as PAM/foil as these are not stocked here. Luckily there is a Walmart 15 minutes away! Also be aware that you should pack beach chairs or buy cheap ones for the week as these are not provided either. We would absolutely book here again. The location of this condo is PERFECT as it is in walking distance to Bridge Street which has many bars and restaurants. Everything was perfect and beautiful.

Just what we wanted

I was worried from the listing images that we wouldn't be able to see the ocean very well, but the view was great. I LOVED that the unit had 4 reclining seats in the living room. The condo had everything that was needed! Very well stocked with towels, sheets, and kitchen items. It was a short 1/2 mile walk to shopping and a few restaurants. The Bamboo Bar was our favorite choice for food. The beds were ok, could be a little bit more comfortable, but I have slept on much worse in rentals. I loved that the unit was steps from a fairly quiet beach and that the complex is small and not overcrowded. The pool was heated and quiet as well. We travel quite a bit and this was one of the cleanest places that we have stayed. It is on the main street with a lot of traffic, but we expected that and it did not present a problem. I could not hear the traffic from the bedroom. We (4 adults) stayed for a week and we would highly recommend this listing.

Excellent location and condo!

Great vacation! My family was here for 8 days in late December early January and you couldn't ask for a better location (across the road from the beach) or condo. Great food in the area, awesome weather and beach. definitely returning this year.
