C'est une maison très agréable a vivre avec tout le necessaire pour le quotidien. La situation dans un quartier calme proche de la plupart des plages et des spots touristiques est un vrai plus.Enfin, la piscine est un vrai bonheur: douce et propre. Nous rentrons d'une excellente semaine.Merci à Jean-Yves pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Note en reponse à un commentaire précédent : la clim dans le couloir suffit si on sait gérer les ouvertures (on ouvre le matin à la fraîche, on ferme pendant le cagnard).

Propriétaire charmant. Villa conforme à la description, remarquablement bien équipée. Seul petit bémol : la clim qui n'existe que dans l'escalier. Et donc inefficace s'il fait vraiment chaud, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Angresse a l'avantage d'être un peu ) l'écart du sur-tourisme, tout en étant à proximité... de tout ! Un très agréable séjour.

Quartier très calme, maison bien équipée, fonctionnelle,, fraîche, bien située, literie confortable, piscine agréable,, ensoleillée (mériterait un parasol supplémentaire...)propriétaire accueillant.
