Stunning hilltop Trullo with pool, large garden + amazing view. Great Location.

Refurbished to a high standard and with all new amenities, this beautiful Trullo is set in a large garden with ancient olive trees and the most amazing views over the lovely Itria Valley. It is located about 4 km from Martina Franca and in the direction of Alberobello, an area which is by many considered to be one of the most beautiful spots in Puglia. The Trullo is particularly spacious, with large airy rooms and lots of light and a surrounding terrace, perfect to enjoy your al fresco dinner or aperitivo whilst taking in the stunning view over the valley. Lots of beautiful sights well worth a visit are within easy reach. Unesco World Heritage Site Alberobello is less then ten minutes by car. So is Locorotondo which holds the official title "one of Italy's most beautiful villages". And many more little towns with pretty historical town centers (Cisternino, Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica to name just a few). Within about an hour by car you can reach Lecce, famous for its baroque, as well as wonderful Matera, another Unesco World Heritage site and location for many movies, such as Mel Gibson's "Passion of Christ". Countless beaches on both coasts (adriatic and ionian); the nearest ones can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. And of course the food...Puglia is famous for its regional specialities, both meat and seafood and offers a great amount of restaurants and trattorias for all budgets.

Lovely Trulli with amazing views

Lovely place, beautiful views and excellent communication with the property managers - just needed the pool cleaned and the grass cut before we arrived, otherwise we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Un trullo idéal pour explorer la région

Nous avons adoré le trullo qui est situé au cœur de la vallée de l’Itria donc au calme mais idéalement placé pour explorer toute la région (de Matera à Lecce). Les plages de l’adriatique sont à 30 mn celles de la mer ionienne à 1h. Le trullo est en altitude donc nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Et en cas de forte chaleur il y a la climatisation. Le trullo est très bien équipé avec 2 belles chambres et deux salles de bain même si la douche est trop petite pour être utilisée. Les matelas sont confortables, mais les sommiers ressorts devraient être remplacés par des vraies sommiers pour améliorer le confort. Dernier point : il manque une machine à café pour faire des espresso. Il y a une cafetière italienne traditionnelle mais nous ne sommes pas fan. En tout cas je recommande ce trullo, ses propriétaires sont adorables et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes.

Ce Trullo de "haut niveau", ne l'est pas tout à fait. L'entretien des extérieurs ne semble pas avoir été fait en 2023. Nous avons dû demander que l'accès à la piscine par les marches soit rendu possible.Le jardinier s'est présenté le mardi soir vers 17h. Il a simplement dégagé les marches d’accès, tout le reste du terrain est resté en friche. Pour la maison, linge de toilette et rideau de douche à revoir, mobilier simple mais correct. Environnement et emplacement de la maison dans la vallée d'Istria, parfait pour les nombreux lieux à visiter

Beautiful Trullo

Beautiful Trullo with swimming pool right in the middle of Valle d'Itria. Nice and quiet location, however only a 20-30 minutes drive to get to beautiful beaches (e.g. at Monopoli). We enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Lovely escape

We had a wonderful week in Trullo Bellezza. The house had everything we needed and was a calm and peaceful place to relax in with amazing views. It was very hot while we were there so the pool was a great way to cool down and enjoy the surroundings. We loved exploring Puglia and would like to return as there was so much to enjoy.

Paradise in Puglia

This lovely villa is situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley with amazing views. The villa is very spacious and comfortable and is well represented by the photos on the website. It is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday. It has a lovely pool and the setting is very tranquil and private. The location of the villa is excellent for discovering the beautiful towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello and Martina Franca, all of which are only a short distance away by car. Very highly recommended.

Excellence!

We are a family with 3 children age 9,14 and 16 years old and we stayed in Trullo Bellezza for 2 weeks in July. It is an absolutely lovely house with a stunning location; close to beautiful small cities ( we adored old town in Locorotondo and beautiful Martina Franca!) and things to discover. The pool area is wonderful and everything worked extremely well with communication with owners/caretakers of the house. We really recommend this trullo!

My husband Sandro and I are property managing this beautiful Trullo which is very near our own vacation rental. It belongs to a good friend of ours, Giandomenico De Tullio. We have been welcoming guests to this wonderful area from all over the world over the past six years now. Sandro was born and raised in Martina Franca while I’m originally from Munich. We have spent a lot of time exploring this enchanting region and love to share our findings and experience with people who come and visit us.

Why they chose this property

Trullo Bellezza is located in an elevated position and has the most amazing view over the wonderful Itria Valley. It is very tranquil, but not isolated. Lots of buzzing little villages with beautiful historical centers are within easy reach by car. Locorotondo (official title "One of Italy's prettiest villages") is less than 10 minutes away.
