This villa has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen size beds and a total of 2 full bathrooms and sofa. This villa is like having your own home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, sun room and outdoor patio with brand new outdoor BBQ grill . If you prefer to dine out, a short drive away are countless restaurants in the area.

The unit is located close to parking Lot C (one non-commercial vehicle per unit; otherwise parking available in Villa Overflow Parking, about 7 minute walk). During winter months, expect to park in Lots A or B (about 5-7 minute walk).

Errol Estate is centrally located in Florida, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, Disney, Universal, and Sea World. It’s only an hour to Daytona Beach and ninety minutes to Tampa. Close to other attractions such as Wekiva State Park, Busch Gardens, Legoland, and other fine Central Florida attractions.

Nice, clean condo

We enjoyed the pretty condo and the attentiveness of our host. Great setting for bird watchers! Gave it four stars instead of five just because of the parking situation. At night, be prepared to walk about 10 minutes, in the dark, over a little uneven terrain. Otherwise, the place was great. Had everything we needed.

Close to many amenities. Few minute walk from closest drop off to front door of villa. Very friendly, accommodating manager.

Short stay nice place

Overall all went well. Property manger was great. Very quiet community. Couple of simple repairs needed. Couple of kitchen items need upgrading. Otherwise great place and will be happy to stay there again.

Great Home! Convenient to King’s Landing and Kelly Park!!!

Clean. Comfortable. Conveniently located. Beds and couch were comfortable . Starter supplies were provided. We chose this home because it was very close to King’s Landing for those wishing to kayak Emerald Cut. (Ask for Nigel and book a tour. ) It was also close to Kelly Park/Rock Springs which is beautiful and you need to arrive around 6-6:30 am to get your place in line. Great picnic, natural lazy river, 3-3.5 feet deep with lifeguards present. Great family place. Clean. You are an hour and twenty minutes from (Ocala) Silver Springs State Park (glass bottom boat tours and kayaking). Ocala also has a drive in movie. You are 30 minutes from Orlando. Very little traffic even though it was July 4th week. We also visited SeaWorld, Typhoon Lagoon, and City Walk(free parking after six pm). Apopka had a nice, free fireworks/music/bouncy house event. When we got back, residents across the lake did fireworks as well, so that was nice to see from the screened porch. We saw a lot of birds and lizards and an orange tree from the screened porch. There are two Publix locations and a Walmart within 20-30 minutes away each. This is a great, safe, quiet, calm home and neighborhood and everything was as pictured. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed looking out at the lake/pond in the backyard while playing Jenga and Uno on the porch. The enclosed entryway was helpful for storing shoes. Everything worked like it was supposed to and the owner was super nice and helpful. July 1-9, 2023
