This lovely Holmes Beach condominium features 2 living floors and 3 verandas, above an enclosed over-sized garage. On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with outdoor veranda. Plenty of windows keep the unit bright and airy, not to mention offering amazing views.
Surrounded by nature, you will want to pack your binoculars!

Also on the same floor is a twin room with 2 single beds. This bedroom has its own veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool.

Upstairs is the beautiful master suite. It is a large room with a screen door that you can open to enjoy the inter coastal breezes and the birds! Ensuite bathroom and large 'walk - in' wardrobe. 40" flat screen TV. Bright linen, pillows and bedcovers on the bed. Along the landing is the washing machine and dryer. Also upstairs is the full size bedroom, including another veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool.

The heated swimming pool is a secure (passcode locked) pool for residents and guests only. There are tables and chairs and a changing room by the poolside. In the secure garage there are beach toys and useful equipment for your days on the beach - including a beach trolley and cooler on wheels.

Within minutes you are on the sugar sand beaches that stretch for miles along the Gulf of Mexico.! You can also easily walk to stores and restaurants. For added convenience, right in front of the complex you can board the free trolley and explore the island.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

Quiet and convenient

Nice and quiet. We had 5 adults, the amount of space was perfect for us. Pretty easy walk to the beach and great convenience of stores being close by.

Fabulous property located in an idylic setting

this is our 2nd stay at the property which we thoroughly enjoyed. the property is beautifully presented with every amenity available. we loved the addition of the table tennis since our last visit. Everything is within walking distance, beautiful beaches, bars and a great choice of restaurants. Looking forward to 2019 visit, we cannot get back soon enough!

Great place for a reasonable price

Great size for our family of 5 (kids are teens and above) and nice location on Anna Maria Island. Poolus convenient and Publics is across the street. Master bedroom is nice with good views of sunset. Only downside is the beach is not really walking distance, but easy to get there and lots of options anyway.

Great house, great location

Fantastic holiday home on Anna Maria island. Close to both beach and shops but also quiet as it is near nature readve. Gorgeous views from the house. Pool is shared but nice and quiet. You can sometimes smell stagnate water from the mangroves while in the pool but that was the only negative to the whole stay. Lovely house and fantastic holiday destination.

Cozy, clean and close to everything!

We had a very comfortable stay. The condo's layout and amenities allowed both space and activity choices for three adults and three kids, ages 8-16. The pool is steps away, the beach and shops to meet every need are just a few minutes' walk. The condo is clean, bright and cheery. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us.

12 days at Holmes Beach

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, well equipped and very comfortable. Having a code rather than a key was really convenient. The location is ideal, with the beach, bus stop and supermarket all on the doorstep. Incredibly comfy beds and lovely balconies to have breakfast or dinner on. The pool is really well kept and we loved seeing the local wildlife in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend and return, thanks for a relaxing, peaceful stay!

Sundowner capital of Sarasota

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Walk across the road to the beach or take the free trolley bus up or down the island. If you like good food, amazing beaches and sunset pictures to bore your friends with then this is the place for you! Beautiful apartment makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in - make sure you at have at least one sundowner on the balcony as the sun sets over the mangroves before you leave!

Hidden gem by the beach

Great location 5 mins walk from a beautiful beach and local amenities. Free trolley bus makes exploring the island easy. The property is clean and modern and well maintained throughout, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The pool and the views of the nature reserve were an added bonus. Anna Marie, island community with it's quirky shops and eclectic mix of bars and restaurants has a bohemian feel that sets it apart from the rest of Florida, a must see place to visit. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Anna Maria

We had a wonderful holiday recently in this lovely place. The house was really comfortable, clean and well maintained and exceeded our expectations. I loved sitting on the various balconies watching the sun rise or the wild birds flying over the mangroves. The owners were really helpful and gave us plenty of information about where to eat or shop. There was a real choice of lively or quieter bars and restaurants, a free bus around the island and good shops nearby if you wanted to eat in. Beaches were all beautiful too. I would thoroughly recommend this property for couples or families.

A lovely, relaxing holiday

White sand, clear blue sea and skies alongside good food. Everything we wanted! The house is near to the beach and useful ameneties such as a large supermarket and shops. We particularly enjoyed a trip to the very near by 'Skinny's' restaurant/bar! The house itself is clean, comfortable and very roomy with a lovely shared pool. The trolley bus makes getting around a breeze alongside the well written guidebook which was left in the house for us. We all had a lovely time!

Perfect location on AMI

Overall, we were pleased, especially with the location and the size of the space. The condo was clean but extremely outdated. The carpets upstairs, bathrooms and kitchen probably haven't been replaced in 20+ years and it shows. If they updated the place, we would definitely stay again.

In the past year we have had new hallway carpeting laid, luxury vinyl flooring has been installed on the first floor and new lounge furniture has been bought. Upstairs the master bed and shower suite are both new in the past 18 months. Beautiful holiday home in a stunning location

Dear Susan and Gary, We have had a fabulous time at your holiday home. The property had everything we needed, is very clean and in an ideal location. We hired some bikes and loved exploring this wonderful island. There is an abundance of wildlife to see including wild dolphins, manatees and turtles. Lovely beach nearby with a great bar/restaurant. A comfortable and well located property

We had a wonderful holiday. The house was light and airy in a quiet spot with fabulous views. My favourite time was often early morning, seeing the sun rise from the balcony overlooking the mangroves, followed by a swim in the pool. Great local shops especially for food. The beaches were quiet and unspoilt and we enjoyed visiting local bars and fabulous restaurants. My husband loved fishing from the wooden pier with the locals and I was thrilled to see an abundance of wild life such as manatees and pelicans. We would definitely come back.

Great holiday

The house is clean spacious and well equipped. The landlord and the managing agent were both very helpful. The one small problem, we had was rectified within hours by the agent. The location is spot on, very quiet yet very convenient for access to other parts of the island and the mainland. The main supermarket and local beaches are a very easy walk. We liked Holmes Beach and Manatee Beach so much we did not want to jump in the car and go to another beach.

Spacious, bright, clean, great location

We had 9 days here after theme parks in Orlando. Perfect place for recharging batteries. Very tranquil and close to lovely beach and shops. Owner very helpful with queries and local manager excellent. The area is very family based and plenty of good restaurants. Property gets plenty of light which makes it seem even more spacious. Minor negative points, a/c not cool enough in the master bedroom, no kettle or chopping boards. Wouldn't stop us from highly recommending the property.

Wedding & vacation

We recently enjoyed a trip to Anna Maria Island for my daughters' wedding and were lucky enough to rent your property. It was relaxing and comfortable, and located in the most convenient place. We had some family staying close to Beane Point and others in Bradenton Beach and we were close to everything, and the trolley was wonderful. My grandson loved it- he even named it Charley Trolley. Christmas 2017/New Year 2018

Sandy Point Cove 114. House was just perfect for our family ( 4 adults and one child) we enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. Beach was really near by and also grocery store was just minutes away. There are lots of places to visit, we went to Mote Aquarium, Anna Maria Island South, Salvador Dali Museum, St. Petersburg, Ringling Bothers Circus/Art Museum, Sarasota, Manatee Viewing Center, Apollo Beach near Tampa and Disney World. Island paradise

Our property was immaculate. The condo was tastefully decorated. Stocked well with all linens, towels, a beach wagon, beach toys, and cooking utensils. There was also a Keurig coffee maker which was a nice surprise. I love my morning coffee! Susan was a Blessing to work with. Always very prompt to reply via emails regarding any questions we had about the Island or the property.

Great location,lovely condition & well equipped holiday home.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a truly magnificent holiday.Anna Marie island is a beautiful place. With all the beaches just a few minutes walk we were able to watch the kids swim safely in the sea whilst we enjoyed cocktails in many of the beachside bars. There was a great range of superb restuarants to choose from. If we wanted to venture to other parts of the island the free trolley bus was always available to take us on our journey. The home was perfect for our family, plenty of room & we particularly enjoyed being able to sit on the balconies watching the sun go down!
