The unit is located only one block from Center St. and right behind Bert's Market- the local award winning grocer and deli. It has one bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room, full kitchen and bath. Linens, including beach towels are provided. It is equipped with Direct TV, Netflix and WiFi. There is a small patio and communal grill outside. This is a great little spot for a couple or a family with small children to enjoy Folly from!

This is our second stay here and we are pleased. Comfortable and close to the beach. A short walk to restaurants and shops on Center St. We travel with our two little dogs and this property is perfect for them. The reserved parking spot is a bonus!

Great Stay & Location

We really enjoyed getting away for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. The place was well sized for a couple traveling alone. Great location right behind Bert’s Market so a short walk to the beach and everywhere else in Downtown Folly. Would stay again!

Nice property and close to the beach!

Perfect for my husband, myself and two little dogs. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and Bert’s Market is right next to the property. We will stay here again.

This is a great location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment offered everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean and very well cooled. There was not a humid feel to the place.

We had the best time at folly beach ! The most clean place we have stayed with VRBO to date ! Very sweet and responsive hosts and it was such a cute space ! We loved how close it was to everything folly beach has to offer , especially being right at Bert’s mart which is the towns market ! Would highly recommend !

Our family lives right here- we have stayed in and enjoyed each unit with our children over the years. We have three girls and and two boys. In addition to the rentals we run the local grocery market on the island (Bert's Market) and recently opened up a boutique recording studio (Fairweather Studio). We love to travel around our beautiful country camping along the way as well as riding atv's, surfing, kayaking, painting ect. Omar and the children are passionate about music.
