Our cosy little apartment offers ideal accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre, as well as Pléney and Super Morzine lifts. With one bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet, living room with sofa (convertible to a bed) kitchenette and dining table, you have everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Morzine, whether you come for skiing in winter, multi-activities in the summer or to enjoy the quiet of the inter-season. There's a balcony which wraps around 3 sides with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and a secure cupboard in the basement to store skis or bikes. Members of the Multi-Pass scheme in summer.

Amazing stay

Great location and wonderful apartment. Rosie, the owner, was super helpful, accommodating and gave us loads of useful tips for restaurants and ski logistics. Would definitely return again.

Brilliant place for a short ski break

Rosie was amazing. Check in easy, the apartment was easy to find, and perfect in every aspect. Location is great for both cable cars and night life and restaurants. The apartment was quiet, warm and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great location in Morzine town. Short, easy walk to town centre, all activities and lifts / gondolas. Light and airy apartment. Really nice to have doors that open onto the balcony on 3 sides.

Just right!!

Lovely little flat with double bed and sofa bed which housed my family with 2 kids just right. Literally 5 mins walk to Morzine centre & slopes. Host very responsive. Flat has wonderful balcony with views over the town and up the slopes. Property clean, well maintained and warm. All the expected facilities. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic apartment in Morzine!

This was a great apartment in an excellent location in Morzine. Accurately described on the website, and clean and plenty of space for my wife and I, and our two daughters who slept on the sleeper couch. Easy 5 minute walk to the Pleney lift for access to the Morzine ski area, or a slightly longer 7-10 minute walk to the Super Morzine lift for access to the Avoriaz ski area. 5 minute walk to the center of the village for access to all the ski hire shops and restuarants etc. Good parking options and easy to access the property. Our ski locker in the basement provided plenty of space for our four sets of equipment. Rosie was a wonderful host, friendly, responsive, and helpful with lots of good advice.

Week in the Alps

Was as described, good location to walk into the centre. Contact with the host was very good. You do get road noise. The 3 sided balcony was good but you need a table (which we brought following reading previous reviews). For two a good space, cooking facilities adequate. Bed needs an upgrade. In the general the building looks a bit tired and the apartment could do with a refresh. However a good base for exploring morzine which is a great place to visit in the summer this was our fourth trip to the area over the last 10 years.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans votre appartement. L'accueil et la communication avec les hôtes a été top. La vue est vraiment très belle. Néanmoins je tiens à vous partager quelques remarques sur le niveau d'équipement insuffisant par rapport au tarif: manque d'équipement de cuisine pour 4 personnes, dont certains détériorés voir inutilisables. Les literies du salon et de la chambre assez inconfortables. Derniers petits détails pratiques : manque de porte manteau et crochets pour y faire sécher les affaires de ski et serviettes de toilettes.

Dommage car bien situé

Bon accueil de la propriétaire, l’appartement est idéalement placé à proximité du centre de Morzine, mais c’est dommage que ce logement soit resté dans son jus avec très peu d’équipements, absence de micro-ondes et d’ustensiles divers de cuisson très usagés non renouvelés. Le ménage reste aléatoire. La prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du prix du séjour.

Morzine visit

Well situated for ski lifts and town centre. Apartment slightly tired, cooking facilities minimal and bedroom small with little storage space. Road to Les Gets was noisy at front of apartment. For summer visitors, best thing was balcony on 3 sides, so you could follow the sun. A small table for the balcony would be good. Enjoyed our visit and the lovely views, also the friendliness of top floor neighbours

I'm a little bemused by your comment about little storage space in the bedroom, as there is a massive wardrobe with sliding doors running the full length of the bedroom, complete with many shelves and hanging space! We are sorry to hear you found the road noise disturbing - unfortunately, it's the price you pay for a centrally located apartment with only a short walk to the centre and amenities, but we do advise guests to close the large shutters at night to minimise this. We're very glad to hear you liked the balcony with its amazing views, and we take on board your suggestion for a small table to help you enjoy your drinks or food outdoors in summer, and will look out for something suitable!

February Ski trip

Great apartment, close to lifts, great host. Apartment very hot and unable to control the heat was our only small issue, just meant leaving windows open at night which is a little noisy from the road. This didn’t spoil our stay at all but would have been a preference

The property was great. It was clean and had lots of space for the two of us. The wrap round balcony allowing views and sun at all points throughout the day. The position was excellent, close to both of the main lifts and the town. The property manager and the property owner were both helpful. The only problem was the whole resort was closed on the day of arrival due to corona virus.

superbe !

très bel appartement, conforme aux photos. Confortable, bien équipé, bien situé (on peut aller à pied au centre) et bien insonorisé (proximité de la route). Le seul petit bémol est la taille du lit qui est un peu petit pour deux personnes "grandes" (mon mari fait 1.90 m et moi 1.80) mais on s'y fait. Bref, une adresse que nous retiendrons pour notre prochain séjour sur Morzine et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We live in the area full-time, so enjoy being able to meet guests in person during their stay. We have been successfully renting our first apartment there since 2012 and now have three apartments close to each other.
