This first-floor Pelican Beach Resort Condo offers comfort and sunshine in equal measure, with restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance, and just around the corner from the resort's gym and swimming pool. There's even a water park across the street, and Henderson Beach State Park is just two miles away!





This lock-out studio is a comfy, snug space for you and your special someone, though please note there may be other guests living in the main condo next door. You'll have your own private entrance and living space, though if you're traveling with a larger group and would like to rent this studio with the adjacent condo, please call Vacasa for more details!





The studio layout makes for a great place to relax, with the queen-size bed for two doubling as a couch alongside a cushy armchair. Step onto the balcony for some fresh air, take in cable on the flatscreen, or upload some photos with the wireless Internet.





The small dining table for two is just a few steps away, complemented by the adorable kitchenette's microwave, mini-fridge, and small sink - perfect for making small snacks or heating up some tasty leftovers.





The bathroom is calming and bright, with everything you need smartly laid out alongside the shower/tub combo. This, as well as the shared laundry facilities, will keep you refreshed and ready to explore Destin!





Just a few steps down the boardwalk lies the beach, perfect for romantic walks before heading back to the resort and enjoying the tennis courts, gym, hot tub, and three pools. End the day with an al fresco meal in the shared grilling area, and get a good night's sleep to prepare for a full day of exploring attractions like the swimming and fishing of Henderson Beach State Park, or the thrilling rides of Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park. The boutiques, restaurants, and wildlife excursions of the Destin Harbor Boardwalk make for a romantic date night.

** Please note that The Terrace is a closed property during spring break and other holidays. No outside guests are allowed on the property at these times.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
