We had a lovely stay in this big beautiful house. We were 9 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The salt water pool was really nice. All the rooms and common areas had air con and on suite bathroom. Our host Antonio was very friendly and helpful. The street is nice and quiet.

We had a great time as a family of 7 adults and 2 children at this property. The Villa is in a nice, secluded location with no thoroughfare other than for access to the other properties nearby. Easy to move about using Uber and also order shopping etc. via Uber so no hire car required. The space was great, plenty of room for us all. The swimming pool is a highlight, one of the biggest we’ve seen for a property of this size. Per other reviews some general TLC is needed around the property but nothing that is going to hinder your holiday. Overall a good Villa, well priced and would recommend to anyone considering

Villa was very clean and had beautiful views, the pool was big, just a little tired and needing some TLC, the same inside the villa some TLC needed. Afonso the host was excellent and kept in contact. Would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful villa ...comfortable super clean inside and out with any practical equipment you could require for a home from home holiday stay ...great location beach shopping dining out a very short drive away from Albufeira..the host Alfonso and his team are accessible and always available to assist with any enquiry...definitely would book again !!!

Villa is in a lovely quite location for a peaceful family holiday with all amenities close by if you require them, all i can say is our family had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend to all.

Lovely villa with comfortable beds, a good pool and games room. Pretty good levels of privacy. We were within walking distance of a good restaurant. Problems with electricity were sorted quickly.

Lovely villa for family holiday. Great facilities having the pool and the games room so all types of weather accommadated. Very quiet area but only an Uber ride away from all you need. Would return.

Family trip

We stayed here with grandparents, uncles, aunts and grandchildren (x3) to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. The villa was immaculate and great facilities. Afonso and his team (and family) were amazing at getting back to us with queries. I would highly recommend this Vila and would definitely come back again

Family fun in the Algarve sun

This spacious and comfortable villa is an excellent base for a multi-national extended family like ours to come together, create delicious meals and great memories. The nearby village is well supplied with grocery stores and good restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool, walking at the beach and visiting local towns, coves and mountain springs. Afonso is a responsive and helpful host.

Excellent villa in a quiet relaxing area

A beautiful villa with excellent wifi in a quiet location. The Villa is clean, spacious and within a short walk of 2 restaurants. There is an Aldi 5 mins drive away where you can stock up on everything you will need for your break. The immediate village is quiet but UBER works perfectly to travel to some of the surrounding restaurants.

Great villa and location

We have stayed in this villa multiple times and will be booking again. It’s works really well for our large family group, with each bedroom being en suite, the games room and swimming pool are great for the children and teens. The location has got better over the years, as the area has developed. Choice of great restaurants within walking distance. Maria and Rui are quick to respond to any queries / issues (there was no toaster when we arrived and they were quick to provide a new one for us).

Fantastic property and location BUT!

The property and location were excellent. All the facilities matched up to what all of our group expected. However sleeping was a nightmare as the neighbors left their dog out every night and it barked continuously ALL NIGHT!!

Absolutely beautiful

Everything about this villa wonderful. It’s a lovely quiet area with a couple of lovely restaurants around the corner Super markets ie aldi is a half hour walk or 5 minutes drive away. We didn’t hire a car so just used taxi which we cheap enough. Old town is lovely which is a short drive away maybe 10 minutes Villa mora marina is maybe 25 minutes drive which has beautiful restaurants and super yacht s. The villa is massive , down stairs kitchen was very well equipped, bedroom s are very spacious and so are all the on suites The host Afonso was lovely and welcoming.All 11 of us definitely will return.

Great property for a family holiday

We all (8 adults and 4 children) loved this property - spacious and well laid out for a holiday villa. Very clean and with everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. The pool was great and in constant use! We only needed to contact the owner once (the water supply was interrupted for a couple of hours) but he was straight on the case and it was soon sorted. A few tiny bits of minor maintenance needed - but nothing that an hour with a screwdriver and a packet of screws wouldn't fix. Good location about 5 minutes walk from the beach with several restaurants nearby. Overall - highly recommended. Well worth the money.

Fantastic villa for large family!

We have stayed in this villa before and have booked it again for next year - what more needs to be said… We travel as a group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. The villa is a lovely size so there is plenty of space for everyone. The games room and pool are always well used by the children. The villa is clean and well maintained and the outside space is lovely. A short walk takes you into the local village and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short drive to Gale beach - one of our favourites! The property owners live in another villa close by and are extremely pleasant. Communication during booking and arrival is always good. The cleaning team are also wonderful. We are looking forward to our stay again next May!

Good salt pool, But poor customer care.

The villa is beautiful, great pool and dining area. Minor issues with keys and door handles. Also the drive out to the main road is tricky- be careful! Just one poor point is that we left some clothing items behind, I asked the host to send them to me at my cost but he never replied to my request, very poor customer service! For this reason I would not return or recommend this property.

Dear Ken, my sincere apologies for any misscommunication. the request was processed though. We send various packages back every season and keeping items stored when found is a guideline for all who work there as clients come back sometimes to retrieve the items. Unfortunately this was not respected by the cleaning company that prepared Marazul and i apologize for that.

Villa Marazul was amazing! Loads of space, clean, beautiful grounds. Pool and games room superb.

8 adults and 4 children stayed in the villa for a family birthday celebration. Plenty of room for us all, bonus having an en suite for every bedroom!! Very clean villa and grounds, which were beautiful, we even had cleaners come in during our stay to change towels. Pool towels were also provided. The pool was amazing, such fun was had by all. And the games room was a huge hit. We did not hire a car and managed fine. The nearest beach is about 30min walk away. We did this once, was beautiful but preferred the villa!! There were 3 very nice restaurants near by, 5mins walk, Prima Pasta was one, another next door which really was amazing!! There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate location apart from these restaurants. There are a couple of bars and eateries in main Vale de Parra about 30mins walk away. One night we got a taxi to Albuferia old town, 15mins drive, 10euro in taxi. The only thing I would say is the villa could do with a bigger barbeque. Was only small and was extremely difficult to cater for 12 people on this. From initial enquires about the villa to the day we left it really was a top class service. If I had any questions, before or even during our stay, there was always a quick response. I felt that we were very much looked after. I would definitely recommend this Villa.
