Very cozy house, equipped with brand new furniture, it has everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Ionian pearl. It consists of a 15sqm bedroom, a spacious room equipped with a flat-screen TV, sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. Bathroom with large shower. The house is located in a quiet area, away from tourist chaos, but at the same time it is close to the center about 200m from Porta Messina and located in an area equipped with every comfort.
It is possible to use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel upon payment.

Comfortable Apt in Taormina

Check in was by video. We had a difficult time figuring out the door but once shown it was good . owner was very gracious and always quick to answer questions by whatsapp . Apt was just what we wanted and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there! Ciao for now

Very well located -- 8 to 10m walking distance from all key attractions in Taormina itself. 25m walk down to the beach. Spacious apartment with super nice terrace overlooking the bay. Highly recommended!

Communication with Andrea was excellent and directions meant it was easy to find. Apartments are a bit shabby and very basic but well equipped with all that you need to cook basic meals. Bed is comfy but sofa not very comfy as it's a sofa bed. Terrace would benefit from some nicer furniture, a table for drinks and maybe some plants. The main issue we had was that the bathroom fan next door (property also managed by Andrea) is extremely loud and kept us awake two nights of our stay as it seems to come on automatically with the light. Walls very thin so be warned you will be awake if neighbours are up late (ours were until 4am one night) or if they go to the bathroom. Overall an ok stay, a great host, but wouldn't return due to poor sleep.

What to stay at a construction site?

It was self check in, once you got the keys out of the box there was no way to identify which door was your room because none of them were numbered. We arrived in the evening and had to go down four flights of stairs without any lighting. It appeared that the entire property was under remodeling construction except for our room. It also appeared that we were the only ones staying there. The workmen started pounding at 7 o’clock in the morning. Once inside, our apartment was up to standards, however be aware that if you run out of toilet paper, you are required to buy your own. Our electricity went off one morning, even though we only had three items working. Property owners should reveal that the property is under construction. This property probably will not be ready to rent for six months to a year.

the customer had various videos showing how to turn on the light and which floor the entrance door is on. They did not look at any of the photos and videos sent. There is only one apartment in the condominium under renovation which will be completed in May. I sent a taxi driver to pick them up and he left them in front of the condominium but they didn't see any of the messages I forwarded and told the taxi driver to take them somewhere else because that wasn't the building, in short they created unnecessary confusion .
