- 2 separate bedrooms (1-Superking double, 2-single beds).
- Lounge/dining area with 2 single sofa beds if required.
- A quality kitchen and bathroom.
- 2 large terraces with outside dining table and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying the evening sun.

Wir waren schon oft in El Medano. Ricks Wohnung ist fantastisch und sicher der beste Platz in El Medano - vor allem für Wassersportler, aber auch ganz allgemein. Super Ferienapartment in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre tolle Lage und große Terrasse mit Blick auf‘s Meer. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter vom Apartment entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Surfboards können in einem gesonderten Abstellraum aufbewahrt werden, der abschließbar ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Par contre, il est précisé qu'il est possible de venir à 6 adultes... Nous étions 4 adultes et la deuxième chambre est minuscule... Ce ne sont pas des canapes lits donc pour 6 adultes je vois pas trop....

muy buena ubicación pero apartamento descuidado.
Excelente ubicación, cercano a la playa y una buena terraza a pesar del viento. Buena comunicación con el propietario y con la persona responsable de entregar las llaves, muy amables. El precio por noche sería razonable sumándole los servicios que faltan, algunos de los cuales describo.
La pena, quizá, que está enfocado a clientes más de ir y venir porque si vas en familia hay alguna carencia y abandono en el cuidado y mantenimiento del apartamento como los sofás en mal estado, en la cocina no hay campana extractora, la bañera con óxido y la escobilla del wc no vale para usar; hay tres lámparas en la parte exterior del apartamento y ninguna funciona y me parece imprescindible si sales o entras de noche pues no se ve nada. Así como la lámpara de pie de salón sin bombilla. Las sillas de la terraza rotas.

Es una pena que un alojamiento tan bien ubicado, con una impresionante terraza, deje que desear.
Por mi trabajo, siempre cojo apartamentos con WiFi....imprescindible.....y así me lo ofrecieron según los servicios que muestra el anuncio.
No tuve ni WiFi, ni televisión ( tengo dos niños) en toda !a estancia.
A pesar de haberme puesto en contacto con el propietario y este decirme que mandaría a alguien....nadie apareció.
Enchufes fotos, bañera en mal estado, cortinas que parece que se caen en cualquier momento......abandono.
Los sofás camas no son tal....son sofás, en mal estado que un adulto no puede dormir ahí ni de casualidad.
Las toallas.....en una bolsa que pone no usar.
Al día siguiente vi toallas en un tendedero metido en el cuarto de almacenaje......es la primera vez que alquilo un apartamento y me dejan la colada para que la recoja.
Sinceramente, voy a valorar una denuncia en el consumidor por engañar en lo que ofrece y el trastorno que me ocasionó en mi trabajo

Great location near the sea in a lovely town
Really pleased with the villa and its location. Great value for money!
Only one minor gripe, we couldn't access the wi-fi, but with the views from the patio, who cares?!
