Bright, spacious Edinburgh City Centre Apartment

## Space

My large property has been very recently renovated throughout and has a modern, neutral interior sprinkled with some more traditional features and high ceilings.

This property has everything you could need for a great stay in the city. There are flexible sleeping arrangements - a master room with king sized bed, a second bedroom with small bunkbeds (only suitable for children), a mixed living/bedroom with ottoman style day bed (this can be extended into a double) and two sofa beds in the property. The flat will be professionally cleaned in preparation for your stay and hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels will be provided. There is also a travel cot for young children and babies.

There is a fully equipped kitchen - a traditional Edinburgh scullery! You'll find all you could need for a pleasant stay, including a microwave and washing machine.

There is one communal bathroom, with shower over bath. I will provide essential toiletries such as soap and shampoo, one less thing for you to remember.

High speed Wifi is available throughout the property.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay.

## Neighborhood

Leith walk and Easter road are very busy areas of Edinburgh bustling with cafes, bars and transport links to the centre of town. Mostly made up of traditional tenement buildings it's easy to tell this part of the city has been around for a long time. With easy access to The Shore in one direction and Princes Street in the other it is an ideal place to stay when visiting Edinburgh.

Most places are within walking distance of the property.

## Transit

Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to the final stop. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or you can take the number 22/16/25/11 bus.

Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station take Lothian Bus number 22/16/25/11. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.

Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
