Independent villa 20 meters from the beach, completely renovated in 2017, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The house has a garden of about 1500 meters, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large patio and parking space. The house is situated in a quiet park ideal for families with children. The center of Baja Sardinia is easily reachable on foot or by car (900 meters).
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy a few meters away.
On request it is possible to book a single room (with bathroom), adjacent to the property.

Beautiful house in a great location

This is a wonderful house in a perfect location, within walking distance of a small beach that was never busy during our 2-week stay in July. The house is stylishly furnished and fully equipped. We felt at home from the first second. Communication with the owner of the house was a pleasure, and she gave us great advice on places to visit and where to eat.

La perfection !

Super vacances la Sardaigne est vraiment une île magnifique. La maison est parfaite et très bien située à 2 pas de la plage avec accès privé. Maria est une belle personne et un guide excellent ! Grazie mille Maria!!!
