Four bedroom summer cottage on New Harbor
Cozy Bungalow situated on New Harbor. This 1917 Cottage built by Simon R. Ball was updated in 2016 with new kitchen and bath. A wrap-around porch overlooks the Great Salt Pond, the Atlantic Ocean, green fields and sand dunes that lead to the the beach. Beach access is directly across Corn Neck Road, and the Fred Benson town beach and pavilion are a 5 minute walk. The Bungalow is only a mile and a half from the shops, restaurants, bars, and ferry port of Old Harbor. Rental fee includes all bedding and bath towels. 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 downstairs bedroom include queen beds. A third upstairs bedroom includes 2 twin beds. During the months of July-September, this property rents from Saturday to Saturday (shorter stays will be considered but dates must fall between Saturdays.)
