The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.

The house is very comfortable and pleasant. To get up to the house there are few steps, in combination with a ramp. It is distributed on one floor, apart from the laundry area.With direct entrance to the living room and kitchen, open concept, and fully equipped. Crossing the door on the left we pass into the corridor, where the bedrooms are: two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom (suite type). Another bedroom with two single beds, and a separate full bathroom.

Stairs down from this same hallway will take you to the garage, where there is the laundry area.

Outside, with little elevation, we have the terrace adjoining the living-dining room, equipped with outdoor furniture, and from where you can spend good times, while enjoying the views of the surroundings. The pool is right in front, where you can cool off. On one side, you will find the barbecue area (charcoal), with a pergola that will welcome you during meals.

The whole house has air conditioning. In addition, the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres.
