Absolutely beautiful property with awesome views. Perfect space for our family to gather from out of town. Hosts were communicative and home was accommodating. We had a beautiful time and would definitely visit again

Wonderful spot for a big family gathering with kids. We loved that the kids got their own space. Bonus was there were 4 different thermostats in the house for different areas, so everyone was comfortable. The covered patio was definitely a favorite spot for all ages!

Space, space, and more space. The location is beautiful and has everything you could need or want. Right off the river with a drop off location for minutes up the road for the perfect 45 minute river float. Plenty of floats for your whole crew along with kayaks. Everywhere we looked, there was something else to enjoy! The family enjoyed the covered porch over looking the river from sunrise to sunset. It has a big utility fan to keep the breeze moving on the warm afternoons. Plenty of everything you could need. Highly recommend for large gatherings for relaxing and active fun.

This property is well suited for large groups. We had 9 women. There are ample sleeping quarters for all with some left over. We enjoyed the large gathering spaces for dining and games. The kitchen is well provisioned and we really appreciated the coffee provided. We had an excellent time. Thank you!

The Perfect Annual Family Retreat

The place is the perfect spot for an active large family vacation retreat. The house , the site, the river all complement each other making this spot magical. *We for booked next year in the driveway as soon as we headed for home.

River House

Second stay here - still a great spot for unwinding at the San Marcos river. All you need in the kitchen and a good grill. Relaxing enclosed porch for hanging out and perhaps occasional nap. Alright maybe more than occasional.

Family weekend on a river oasis

Very spacious home with large outdoor porch and great yard. Swam, kayaked, played tennis and basketball. Truly a memorable time.
