House with a garden close to the beach!

The house has a private entrance and everything you need to enjoy your stay in this nice town by the sea. The house is just half an hour away from Rome and close to the wine areas and archaeological sites of Lazio region! The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of 3/4 people. You will have a private bathroom and kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and living room. The house is surrounded by a big garden with a table, an outside shower, a bbq, a kids’ area with two swings and a ping-pong table. It’s possible to park your car on the road in front of the house. Upon request, it’s possible to have two bikes!
We will be present at the check-in, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
We speak English, Spanish and of course Italian! We love meeting people from all over the world and can’t wait to meet you!

Awesome

When we arrived at santa Marinella by Train our host picked us up and drove us to the flat. It was very clean and you even got towels and bedsheets. The beach is only a few minutes to walk and there are plenty of Restaurants around. If you stay here you should consider taking a day trip to rome.

Great Experience

A very nice and prober small house. The village is very lively and people are friendly. You can have every kind of Italian food, sea food and also very tasty pizza. In the morning the surrounding is a bit noisy because of the train passing near by and a street.

Nettes Ferienhaus. Liegt allerdings direkt an den Bahngleisen, was sehr laut ist. Außerdem gibt es dort sehr viele Moskitos und keine Netze an den Fenstern.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer quelques jours dans cette petite maison qui ne manque de rien. Très bien située car elle se trouve à 15min à pied de la gare et 10min de la plage donc pas besoin de voiture. La maison est très moderne, et la table de Ping Pong dehors est un plus. Merci Silvia de nous avoir accueilli, nous sommes très ravis de notre séjour

Siamo alloggiate in questo splendido angolo di paradiso la casa è una piccola bomboniera curata nei minimi dettagli non manca nulla per avere un soggiorno piacevole siamo state accolte con il massimo delle norme di sicurezza ANTI covid e gentilezza educazione e massima disponibilità il posto rimane in una posizione fantastica vicino ad ogni cosa... Casa Baba - Ideale per piccole famiglie

Soggiorno davvero piacevole a due passi dal mare, da Civitavecchia e a pochi Km da Roma. Casetta molto graziosa a lato della villa padronale con cui condivide tutti gli spazi esterni, completamente recintati ed in sicurezza, dove i bambini possono divertirsi senza pericoli. Casa praticamente nuova, pulizia impeccabile e famiglia di proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. La consiglio a coppie e a famiglie con due bimbi al massimo. Ci ritorneremo!
