Villa Emma is a newly built house with 6 bedrooms private pool and private garden. The house is only 10 minutes from the sea and only 1 minutes from the city center. The house is all on one ground floor and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view. Guests have access to 4 rooms each with private entrance and each with its own bathroom, and also a mini-apartment with 2 other rooms. At home you will find the kitchen at your disposal complete with everything you need for your stay, so: gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths, pots, kettle, microwave etc ... You also have a large dining room and a table where you can eat together. The pool is 7m x 14mt large and is complete with deckchairs and umbrellas. Private parking available

God pool og fine værelser

Boligen var fin. Ejerne hjælpsomme. Vi havde lejet hele boligen men mormor/ejer brugte også pool mm.

Bellissima villa-Resort a Montegranaro!

Villa Emma è una fantastica Villa sui colli di Montegranaro. Patrizia è sua mamma la gestiscono in maniera personale e sono tutte fue delle persone deliziose e pronte ad aiutarvi in qualsiasi cosa ne avete bisogno. Le stanze sono bellissime e hanno di tutto (TV, A/C, letti comodissimi e bagno con doccia). Il tutto è nuovo e scelto in modo molto accurato o con molto stile. La casa poi a si affaccia sui colli con un tramonto bellissimo da una parte e con la zona piscina/relax dall’altra. La piscina è spettacolare. Molto grande e pulitissima. Noi siamo stati in 7 con 2 bambini grandi (11 e 13) che hanno molto apprezzato anche il Ping pong è il calcio balilla oltre alla piscina. La famiglia gestisce anche un ottimo ristorante in centro e ci hanno invitato a cena. Che dire...una meraviglia!!! La zona è ricchissima di posti da visitare (Fermo, Montecosaro, Recanati, Loreto), il mare vicino e tanti outlet (Tod’s, Prada...). Grazie mille!! Rebeca e famiglia
