Cosy one-bedroom house with private garden in the Costabella area, Marbella. One of Marbella's most beautiful beaches is just 550 metres on foot and you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars at a short distance.



This is a perfect destination to relax. The house is comfortably equipped and offers space for a maximum of 2 people.



There is a south-facing garden with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower at the back of the house and an outdoor patio for breakfast or shade on a hot day at the front.



The kitchen has the necessary appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, toaster, kettle.



WiFi and satellite TV (German, English, French and Spanish channels) are available for our guests. Outside in the patio there is a cupboard with the washing machine.



This cosy little house has 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 people.

It is located a few meters from restaurants, 200 m from the supermarket "Supercor Express", 550 m from the sandy beach, 6 km from the Golf course "Santa Clara Golf Club", 9 km from the city "Marbella Old Town", 20 km from the water park "Aqua Mijas", 45 km from the airport "Malaga International Airport" and is located in a quiet area and close to the sea.



It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, barbecue, griddle, heating and air conditioning by mini-splits in bedroom and living-dining room, free outdoor parking not private but free in its surroundings.

Perfect little holiday house!

Just what we were looking for. Easy walking distance to amenities, beach chiringuitos, and the sea! The charming little house has everything you need to complete the perfect getaway. Marisa was very helpful and attentive. We shall certainly return.

Nice house, but missed important instructions before coming

Clean, - convenient location near the beach. AS informed earlier you should tell all clients that a key should never be left in the lock of the inner side of the entrance door, as it is then impossible to open the door with another key from the outside. This we did not know and is only the case in Spain (as told by your mr Tulio when it happened). It cost us EURO 290, which we find unfair.

Das Gebiet kenne ich gut. Tolles Häuschen, ruhige Lage, so nah am Strand &ampauch die Luft frisch, Terasse wunderbar! Alles da, was maN braucht, Super Kontakt &ampunkompliziert mit Marisa.alles sehr sauber! Das Sofa war sehr unbequem oder durchgesessen, der Sessel war gut!

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre hôtesse Marisa ! La maison est idéalement située, à proximité de la mer (accessible sans devoir traverser la grand&#39route) et des commerces et lieux de restauration, une place de parking privative est prévue, le quartier est très calme (NB : nous y sommes allés en janvier, pas en haute saison). La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et d&#39une propreté impeccable. Il y avait des glaçons dans le surgélateur (petite attention bienvenue) -) Terrasse et petit jardin avec mobilier : top ! Tout était parfait

Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und die Unterkunft ist ideal für eine Reise zu zweit. Der Service ist hervorragend und zeichnet sich beispielsweise durch eine sehr freundliche und klare Kommunikation sowie Unterstützung aus. Sehr praktisch ist auch die örtliche Nähe des Supermarktes und verschiedener Restaurants. Das Sofa ist relativ durchgesessen und sollte zur Verbesserung der Bequemlichkeit erneuert werden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und auch sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden und die Gartendusche ist eine gute Alternative zum Pool. Der Strand ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Häuschen ist ideal für individuellen Urlaub an der Costa del Sol. Es ist für zwei Personen absolut ideal. Ein Leihwagen ist meines Erachtens unerlässlich. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe und der Strand und ein nettes Lokal ebenfalls. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Januar

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und denoch ausgesprochen zentral. Zum herrlichen Sandstrand sind es nur einige Fußminuten und auch die Umgebung und die Städte Marbella und Malaga sind schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, die Terasse ist gen Süden ausgelegt und garantiert ungestörten Sonnenschein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gern erneut buchen.
