Ash Lodge is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The fixtures & fittings are excellent & high quality.Especially important for us were 2 en-suite bedrooms. The view from the windows was lovely, but the proximity of the trees do make it a little dark inside. The owners are extremely helpful & instantly available. We had a lovely holiday.

My family of 4 and our dog enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Somerset, based at Ash Lodge in the beautiful and spacious countryside.
Totally COVID-19 friendly, great outdoor water sports at the local Waterball Lake and a lovely walk to the local pub across the fields. Very friendly hosts.

A beautiful lodge on a working farm.
A beautiful lodge on a working farm. So clean, peaceful and well equipped. The location is great and not difficult to find following the given instructions. All places that we wanted to visit were a short drive away. The furthest we travelled was Lynmouth which was just under an hour. The view from the outside deck is amazing and it's just a shame it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the deck. We went with 2 children under 7, they loved it. Clive and Judeth were so welcoming and are happy for guests, including children, to walk round the farm and see the animals. We will definitely be going back for a summer holiday!

Ash Lodge is a wonderful place for a quiet relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Mobile phone and Wifi connections are somewhat lacking, which if you can learn to live without it, means a truly away from it all holiday. I cannot fault the accommodation in any way. There are many places to visit in Somerset, including the nearby North Somerset Steam Railway.

Lovely lodge well laid out and fully equipped.
Lovely lodge well laid out and fully equipped. Quite noisy with the farm animals in the early morning (from about 4am onwards) but that is what you get when staying on a working farm. One of the Owners dog’s is aggressive towards other dogs so be aware of this.
