Located 9 minutes walk from the new center of Arcachon and its new market, this studio is ideal for 2 people (or 2 people + 1 child). Its assets are private parking, private access to the beach at the foot of the residence and its equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hot water tank, video player and Nespresso coffee machine ..). Its great privilege is to have a balcony with a very beautiful view of the basin. Bike paths and free shuttles are also accessible at the foot of the residence.

Spectacular!

This apartment has an exquisite view of the bay and is conveniently located to all the wonderful shops and restaurants in the City Center. The apartment itself is sizeable and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend it!

Nous sommes très très satisfait de ces 2 semaines de vacances. L’appartement était comme décrit dans l’annonce, adéquate pour un couple, parfaitement aménagé avec tout le nécessaire, très bien situé car juste en face de la mer, c’est très agréable d’avoir une vue aussi magnifique au réveil et le soir, à 5 mn à pied de la plage, proche de toute commodité, surtout le marché tous les jours à 15 mn à pieds ( dont un marché le matin et un marché nocturne) et commerces de proximité, du coup pas besoin de voiture c’est un point très positif. En plus de tous ces avantages, nous avons très bien été accueilli, personne bien sympathique et expliquant très bien le secteur à découvrir.

Le logement était conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est très agréable et doté de tout ce qu'il faut pour un beau séjour. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines avec ma fille ado. Tout est pratique, se fait à pied et la plage est très sympa et pas bondée. Accueil et communication très fluide. Je recommande vivement ce logement et envisage d'y revenir.

Appartement bien placé et très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement, son calme et son agrément. Il a été rénové avec goût. Par ailleurs, la terrasse au 5eme et dernier étage est un gros avantage et apporte un réel dépaysement. Enfin, la proximité de la plage (moins de 100m) et du centre ville (20' a pied environ) est idéal.

Perfekte Appartements für eine tolle Zeit

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesen wunderbaren Appartements zu übernachten. Die Ausstattung der Appartements ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage der Appartements ist perfekt. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in die lebhafte Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften. Der Strand ist in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Gastgeber viel Wert auf die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste legen.

Superbe séjour

Rien à redire sur le logement , superbe vue , le seul soucis est la place de parking , très mal placée à moins d avoir une toute petite voiture , nous avons eu la chance d avoir des personnes sur notre palier qui nous ont laisser leur place de parking 👍durant nos 15 jours de vacances , sinon nous avons passés de superbes vacances

magnifique vue sur la mer

La vue sur la mer est spectaculaire, avec le passage des voiliers, entre autres. Il n'y a pas deux couchers de soleil identiques, mais tous aussi magiques. Le logement est simple, propre et fonctionnel. La place de parking n'est pas géniale, elle est collée à un local à vélos. Merci à Laetitia (voisine de palier) pour nous avoir prèté sa place. Je recommande cette location sans problème, la résidence est très bien située.
