Had a great week here with my family and 2 dogs. The cottage was warm, clean and cosy. Lovely scenery and plenty of walks from the cottage. The only thing was the mattress in our room wasn't very comfortable. Would definitely come back here was lovely to see the Highland cows wandering around.

Fabulous cottage in a fantastic location.
Fabulous cottage in a fantastic location. Ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing in a peaceful setting. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. Only a short ride to Dunoon where you could find a couple of supermarkets, nice gift shops and a selection of restaurants and takeaways. Would not hesitate to recommend it and will certainly be going back.

Peaceful, scenic location - well off the beaten track.
Peaceful, scenic location - well off the beaten track... Well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and spacious lounge/dining area. Be aware of the bumpy access road. Also no broadband connection while we were there. No mobile signal in or near the house.... had to go further afield.

Literally in the middle of nowhere with no wifi or phone signal which is what we were looking for.
Literally in the middle of nowhere with no wifi or phone signal which is what we were looking for. Lots of lovely woodlans to explore, only downside is the cottage is about 20 yards from a farm and on a walking route so lots of walkers/cyclists passing right by the front windows. Cant drink the tap water in the cottage but lots of bottled water provided. Round to the nearest shop approx 40mins.

Fantastic cottage, our group really enjoyed ourselves, the location is amazing but could be an issue
Fantastic cottage, our group really enjoyed ourselves, the location is amazing but could be an issue for some, corrie Massan is in a stunning bit of countryside the cottage is a long way down a gravel road, it took us an average 17-18 minutes to make it from the cottage to the main rd to Dunoon, so a round trip to the local shop for some milk took nearly an hour, not great if you forget something, but the seclusion is worth it, on a clear night the stars are so clear you feel like they touch the horizon.
The only other thing was that the tap water was ok when boiled but not for drinking washing teeth of veg which was not being cooked, a large quantity of bottled water was left for us to use, we were ok with that but some may find it to much of a problem.
On the whole we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
