This ground floor holiday apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Studio (TAS), is spacious and offers amazing sea views. Enjoy watching boats go by and kite surfers and paddle boarders from the award-winning garden or take the 3-4-minute walk to the long sandy beach some 200 yards. Marazion has restaurants, pubs, art galleries and pasty shop; a cream tea can be enjoyed from the hotel overlooking the superb castle on the Mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance or Newlyn with art gallery, fresh fish shop.
All major Supermarkets are to be found within 2 miles of Polgew. The mainline Rail Station is some 3 miles away and transport to and from the station can be arranged by your hosts. The bus stop for services running to Helston to the southeast and westerly to Penzance and the very popular open top bus that tours the Peninsula lies within 150 meters of the Apartment. Shops 300 yards, pub ¼ mile.
Polgew Apartment can be booked together with Polgew Studio (ref TAS) to accommodate up to 6 guests.

The owner will provide transport for any customer wishing to travel by train or coach, to and from the train/coach station by prior arrangement.
There is an additional heating charge required of £45 per week between the months of October and March, payable directly to the owner.

We had the most terrific week in the Polgew apartment and despite being blessed with gorgeous weathe
We had the most terrific week in the Polgew apartment and despite being blessed with gorgeous weather we spent lots of time there as it was just so comfortable! We had the best sleep thanks to the comfort of the beds and the shower was fantastic! The reclining sofas in the lounge area were responsible for several afternoon naps and the outdoor furniture was great for dining and admiring Di & Graham’s beautiful garden and the spectacular view of St Michael’s mount.The kitchen and utility room were equipped with everything we needed. The whole apartment was immaculately clean.When we managed to drag ourselves away from the apartment we enjoyed it’s terrific location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and bus stop and five minutes to the pubs and shops. The supermarkets were easily reached in the car.Di and Graham were marvellous hosts; so friendly and accommodating. They provided gorgeous goodies on arrival and even freshly homemade bread! We felt very well looked after and can’t wait to return!

A lovely apartment with a fantastic outlook of the coast and St Michael’s Mount, which is walking distance (less than 10 mins).
Graham and Diane were fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent before, during and at the end of our stay.
The apartment was comfortable and spotless with everything that you need for your stay.
The added touch of Prosecco and cream tea on arrival was both welcoming, and a good start to a lovely week in a stunning part of the UK.
We certainly plan to return to Polgew.

Di and graham gave us a great welcome, the apartment was fantastic, well equipped, everything we could have wanted. The location was superb for touring, visiting St Michael's Mount and the local hostelries in Marazion, and just sitting out and relaxing in the patio. Our friends from the States who were with us also loved it. We would recommend this Apartment to anyone with no reservations, and hope to return ourselves.

This is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have been to.
This is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have been to. Lovely location, a beautiful garden, and for those of us who cook on holiday all that was needed...except wooden spoons but that may have been a safety issue as the hob was a gas one.
