A lovely week away to escape the current chaotic world we live in.
A lovely week away to escape the current chaotic world we live in. House has everything you need. Views amazing. A couple of things that needed attention but overall a great pad that accepts dogs. Sofas far too comfy!! Enjoyed a roaring fire every night and enjoyed listening to the howling wind. A few issues with the en-suite and the smell that kept appearing but that’s septic tanks for you. Lights on the rear deck would have helped our aged dog get back on the deck but a torch helped. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed 19th to 26th September 2020. A beautiful comfy house as a base. Well equipped to suit all cooking needs. Lovely finishes making it home from home. Beautiful views and total piece and quiet. All rooms are are of a good size. Beds were all comfortable and really useful having utility room with washer and dryer.
Lovely welcome package and folder to help with hints and tips.
Would recommend as long as you have 4 wheels to get around. Very steep walk into Port Isaac.

Lovely spacious property
The property was very spacious and had some lovely touches but it wasn’t the cleanest and we had quite a few maintenance issues which we resolved some of our selves but would have been nice for more attention to detail so this doesn’t happen as this is not what you need when on holiday. We had a great stay lovely open fire, lovely lounge area practically It’s very good but for the price we have stayed in better places.

Loved the location, lovely coastal walks for the dogs, close to Tintagel, Port Issac, St Nectans Glen and waterfalls and Padstow. Lots of light in the accommodation and it was very well equipped. Holiday in December which coincided with Padstow Christmas Market. Lovely holiday, well thought out accommodation and facilities, would recommend.

The Lookout was a well equipped and beautifully laid out bungalow, with fabulous views out of huge windows. There were a few things needing fixing/replacing which I’m sure will be done ahead of next season. We had a difficult journey down and arrived with the hope of a welcome pack (maybe milk and some teabags) and a warm home. The house was freezing and there was no welcome pack, and no wood for the fire. We called the agent and were told there was a co-op in the next town. After 8 hours on the road we could have done without having to get back in the car to seek out the store for some milk. Just glad it was still open!! Otherwise, the place was perfect.

This was a lovely well equipped and comfortable house in a lovely location.
This was a lovely well equipped and comfortable house in a lovely location. It was perfect for our 2 families of 4 and 2 dogs. You can walk to both Port Gaverne and Port Isaac although the steep hills are not for the fainthearted. It is within driving distance of some lovely places on the north of Cornwall and we will definitely return to this area.
