Luxury villa in rustic surroundings, surrounded by forests, just 10 minutes from Ibiza town. Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and lots of outside space. Own swimming pool, bbq, various outdoor seating areas, 2 of which are covered.

The house is situated in a quiet area, just above the town of Jesus.
The terrain covers 25000 m2 and is beautifully overgrown. lots of privacy and everywhere you look you see green.

Sander is a perfect host. We had an early check in and a late check out. The house is a perfect get away for a whole family. A rustic charm enhanced the experience. Loved having BBQ lunches. Would highly recommend.

Great place

Great place for vacation with friends and family. The outdoor space is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. You are 15 min from town and beaches.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful villa

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful, rustic villa which we felt captured the spirit of Ibiza so perfectly. We visit Ibiza every year as a group of girlfriends and the villa was the perfect backdrop for our stay. It felt private, safe, and charming. There are lots of outside spaces to enjoy and it had everything we needed. Sander was the perfect host and the whole check in/out process was easy. We rebooked for 2025 the same day we left. Thank you, Sander, for a wonderful stay.

Very nice Ibiza vibe villa

We had a fantastic stay! The house has a beautiful location with a very nice garden with various seating areas. This way you have a spot in the shade at any time of the day on hot days. Large, well-maintained swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The house itself has everything you need; very comfortable sunbeds with air conditioning in every room. Sufficient bathrooms and attractively decorated! The beds were quite comfortable, decent linens and pillows. We slept wonderfully. The owner was great! We were a bit early because we had an early flight. While the cleaning ladies were still working on the house, we were allowed to check in and use the garden and swimming pool. Late check-out also was no problem and communication was easy. We would love to come back next year and will recommend this villa to friends!

Mixed feelings

Firstly the positives: good location if you want rural experience, the hosts are immediate to reply . The villa itself has a lot of little corners where you can enjoy alone time if travelling in a group. The owners wife allowed us to use a part of different property for a yoga private lesson( i wouldnt ask,the teacher did without advising me but still appreciated). Overall they were very responsive . We werent aware that the villa is not very private, the owners and handyman leave next to it with no walls,so there wasnt much privacy . on many occasions the handyman was around while my friends were topless in the pool. on the first 2 days he was always around. I particularly didnt find the villa well maintained ,we definitely had higher expectations given the reviews,the descriptions, the photos and not forgetting the price. There are various items that were broken * as a property manager myself id advise remove the broken,much better to not have any but leave it hanging. We had a broken umbrella,broken lamp shade, sunbeds were very dirty,mattress and unused cushions left around everywhere in wardrobes or laying on the floor in the 2nd living room. For cleaning I wasnt impressed and we cleaned upon arrival. The villa definitely has potential but i feel its been neglected. The season in Ibiza is Shorter so gives time for deep clean which the grout in the bathrooms can benefit from. Overall the cleanliness was the lowest point. That and lack of privacy.

Peaceful and very rustic

We (7 adults) stayed for 5 nights in June 22. The location of the villa was on reflection a bit remote for us but that said we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the new Ibiza Taxi App meant there were no problems getting about even without a car. The villa is very rustic just as described with some lovely pieces of furniture. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well, although a number of the bedside lights weren't working. However we would say that the bathrooms were a little too rustic for our liking and could do with modernizing. We were surprised how small the kitchen was for a villa that accommodates 8 people in particular the size of the fridge / freezer. The fridge didn't work very well which was a problem for cold drinks and keeping food safely. There weren't enough glasses so we had to wash up all the time. The outdoor area was a disappointment and as this is where we spent most of the time we felt we needed to mention it in the review - its a shame as there is so much potential for it to be beautiful. The garden definitely hadn't been tended in some time (lots of dead plants and scrub land), it hadn't been swept and was dirty along with the pool which was a bit murky. Some of the chairs were broken (the arms had fall off or the screws loose) and there weren't enough individual loungers although there was a Bali style bed. One of the umbrellas didn't have a base that worked so not enough shade options around the pool. There is a beautiful raised seating / eating area where we ate lunch each day but unfortunately the light over the table didn't work so the evening we decided to eat there we ended up using our phones to light the table. All in all the villa has so much potential but perhaps has suffered over the past couple of years due to the pandemic.

We are surprised to read about all of things you mention because we are close by and we could have fixed the chair and the light that what not working, looked at the fridge and gave you more glasses. We even could have gave to one more umbrella. We even told you, you can always contact us. We never heard any complaints of you and you where very enthusiastic about our villa when you left. We are always happy to help and to make sure our guest have a great time at our villa.

Rustikale Finca in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen (Freundesgruppe um die 30) für 5 Tage in der Finca. Check-In und Kommunikation problemlos, Vermieter wohnt neben an. Ansonsten hat man das Gefühl, allein zu sein. Man hört und sieht niemanden, außer ein paar Hühner. Traumhafte Ruhe! Das Highlight ist der Außenbereich. Wunderschöner Pool und sehr schön gestaltete Liegeflächen und Sitzbereiche. Hier ist Platz für 10 Personen. Das Haus selbst ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet: stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr spanisch mit viel Holz. Geschmackvoll ausgewählte Deko. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und dunkel, macht aber nichts, weil man die meiste Zeit draußen oder in der großzügigen Gemeinschaftsküche verbringt. Die Lage ist perfekt: 10 - 15 Minuten vom Flughafen, von der Altstadt und den Clubs (Playa d'en Bossa) entfernt. Ein Auto ist hilfreich. Aber auch mit dem Taxi gut machbar (über die App ClickTaxi, um die 16€ bis in die Stadt). Für uns war es perfekt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

das Haus war prima. Wir hatten viel Platz. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Zudem hat er sich vor Ort noch persönlich verabschiedet und den Kindern noch etwas geschenkt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Great Location and Superb Property

Right from the start, the property owners were laid back and hands-off whilst responding quickly to queries - just what you want from a manager/owner, when you are trying to relax. The property was clean with plenty of space inside and out. The pool and surrounding areas were superb and the location of the villa was just right to explore Ibiza Town, the South and North of the Island.

Maravillosa villa

La villa es tal y como aparece en las fotos, muy grande, con una zona exterior estupenda, habitaciones con camas grandes y cómodas y todas con aire acondicionado. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, horno y lava platos , cafetera y tostadora (pero no microondas). La comunicación con Sander super fácil, todo ha ido genial. Gracias!

Top vakantie!

Met 8 vrouwen verbleven wij in de villa. We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad. De woning is voorzien van hele gezellige hoeken waar we gemakkelijk met z’n allen konden zitten. De woonkamer was vrij warm van temperatuur, maar we leefde voornamelijk buiten. Alle slaapkamers voorzien van airco.
