Fantastic location, what a view! Having a private pontoon only a 20 sec walk away was amazing. Spacious apartment and stayed lovely and cool during the heat of the day.Host was very responsive and helpful with the questions we had at start of our stay.Only recommendation would be an update of some kitchenware e.g. utensils/crockery/pots & pans and coffee machine.Overall, a really great place to stay and would recommend.

Had a great stay - location is fantastic so close to the lake with the private dock/beach area. A very quiet street but close to amenities. Apartment is perfect for a family of 4. Very easy check in/out process.

Séjour plaisir à Veyrier-du-Lac

Le bonheur d'un séjour en famille en bordure du lac d'Annecy et la découverte de la région entourée de belles montagnes. Agréable terrasse avec jardin panoramique sur le lac et ses environs. Accueil particulièrement soigné et attentif de la propriétaire, Madame Vuillemin. Encore merci pour ces belles vacances.

Location très bien située

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette location, l'accès au ponton privé est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du lac ainsi que le jardin privatif. Accueil agréable de la propriétaire et logement bien situé pour profiter des environs, notamment la possibilité d'aller à pied à la plage de la Brune et des restaurants aux alentours.

Un accueil chaleureux et un havre de paix accès direct au Lac

Superbe emplacement tout proche du lac au calme

Séjour très reposant, avec le lac à 2 pas avec un accès quasi privatif à un ponton . À proximité des balades. Logement spacieux avec jardinet et terrasse sans vus à vis. Salle de bains récente avec belle douche. S il fallait faire une remarque, juste un peu plus d équipements au niveau de la cuisine pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner....mais compensé par la situation idéale du logement et sa propreté

Location bien placée dans un quartier résidentiel calme, avec un petit jardin et ce, à quelques kilomètres d'Annecy. Un accès privé à un ponton sur le lac très appréciable. Rien à redire: un bon moment. Un tout petit plus serait un barbecue ;-)

Prima woning op een mooie en rustige plek.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De woning is geschikt voor 4 personen, alles is aanwezig en netjes. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenares die boven de woning woont. Auto kan gratis geparkeerd worden. Je kunt voor een de deur zwemmen in het meer. Alleen de wifi was erg zwak.

Malgré une location confortable et bien située, notre séjour a été en grande partie gâché par l'omniprésence de la propriétaire résidant à l'étage supérieur. Sachez que tous vos faits et gestes seront surveillés, et que vous ne serez pas autorisés à recevoir un invité à dîner, sous peine de scandale par cette même propriétaire devant vos enfants. Elle a également été jusqu'à refuser de régler un problème sanitaire important, qui nous a contraint à écourter notre séjour sans dédommagement. C'est la première fois que nous recevons un tel accueil, alors que nous avons l'habitude de louer des logements en France et à l'étranger. Navrant...

Notre maison en France ( Nous souhaitons ! )

Nous avons été visiter cette propriété depuis plus de 10 ans et bien que nous avons été à de nombreux autres endroits en France cela reste notre préféré. L'emplacement est parfait avec un accès facile au lac qui est limitée aux résidents du lotissement . Nous nageons dans les eaux claires du lac tous les jours . La propriété dispose d'un jardin et un patio privé. L'appartement est bien équipé . Le propriétaire de l'immeuble est très utile et un hôte parfait . La propriété est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville d'Annecy et dynamique dans les vingt minutes vous pouvez être dans le largement sous utilisés ( en été ) des montagnes . Il ya trop d'activités pour nommer à proximité et nous trouver quelque chose de nouveau à faire chaque année . S'il vous plaît excusez mon français !Our home in France (We wish!) We have been visiting this property for more than 10 years and although we have been to many other places in France this is still our favourite. The location is perfect with easy access to the lake which is restricted to the residents of the lotissement. We swim in the clear waters of the lake every day. The property has a private garden and patio area. The apartment is well equipped. The owner of the property is very helpful and a perfect host. The property is only a short drive from the vibrant old town of Annecy and within twenty minutes you can be in the vastly under used (in summer) mountains. There are too many activities to name nearby and we find something new to do every year. Please excuse my French !

Situation dans cun cadre verdoyant et très calme, vue sur le lac. Accès à la baignade par ponton privé ce qui évite d'aller à la plage très fréquentée par beau temps. Location spacieuse et bien équipée. Propriétaire symphathique et très discrète. Notre petit fils de 4 ans et nous sommes prêts à y revenir.
