This detached barn conversion, close to the owners’ home, has its own secluded, patio style garden, with a BBQ to the rear. It has a large entrance hallway with storage and a drying area for boots and coats. The open-plan living area is bright and airy, and has a door off the kitchen leading to the private patio. There is also outdoor undercover space for storing bikes.
Linkinhorne is a small, pretty hamlet just a few miles out of the town of Callington, nestling in the Lynher valley below Bodmin Moor. This part of Cornwall is an unspoilt, hidden rural area quite often missed off the tourist map. This is a great location for exploring a wide region of Cornwall being central to both the south and north coastline. Beach 20 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles away.

Lovely cottage one of the best we have been. Very clean, comfortable. had everything we needed and so peaceful and quiet. Lindsay & Rus are a lovely couple so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and book again made a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at the end of September 2024.
We stayed at the end of September 2024. Tucked away was a peaceful oasis and just what we were looking for. Our hosts Russell and Lyndsay were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. We are definitely planning to return in 2025.
