Splendid villa located in an area of absolute tranquility and relaxation with a large veranda fully furnished with deck chairs and garden. It has three bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) living room tv with kitchen and air conditioning.
The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In the garden there is another shower with hot water. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people
Reserved parking, wifi internet connection, satellite TV, washing machine and air conditioning
I will not be present during the stay of the guests but I am always available to intervene for any need or assistance
the house is 300 m from the supermarket and the town and 800 m from the beach

Pieno relax!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta. La zona è molto silenziosa nonostante sia vicinissima al centro del paese. Ottima posizione! Posteggio agevole a pochi passi dalla villetta con pass. Il giardino è il punto forte della casa con angolo pranzo all'aperto fresco e spazioso. Ottima doccia esterna con acqua calda. Con qualche lavoretto di manutenzione e più cura dei particolari, la villetta raggiungerebbe pieni voti!

Rilassarsi a San Vito

L'appartamento è situato in una buona zona di San Vito non distante dal centro. Tutti i confort sono stati resi disponibili dal proprietario che ci ha accolto con molta educazione. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Mare e relax

La casa è comoda, dotata di spazio esterno con doccia calda e barbeque. La spiaggia e il centro del paese sono a circa 800 mt. quindi raggiungibili a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile.
