Modern comfortable one bedroom apartment located within a quiet area less than 10 minute walk to Marlow High Street, with its range of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beautiful River Thames. There are great views over the town and further Thames Valley. This fully equipped apartment will provide you with everything that you would expect from a hotel room and much more, including hair dryer, towels, bedding, bathroom toiletries, welcome pack, weekly housekeeping plus fully fitted kitchen, lounge, 1 bedroom with Super king size bed (which can be used as twin beds if required) and a luxury bathroom. In addition we provide a large flat screen HD TV, Netflix's, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, and free Wi-Fi. Fresh luxury Egyptian 400 thread cotton bed-linen and luxury towels are provided weekly. The apartment is perfect for short breaks, friends' get togethers or for those who are working temporarily in the area. If you are re-locating to the Marlow area we can provide a home from home while you find more permanent accommodation. The price includes utility bills and council tax; there are no hidden extras. Safe off road parking is provided for your car at the property. There is also an electric power point for a car. Marlow rail station is 20 minutes walk away from where you can travel to London or west to Maidenhead, Reading, Bristol, and Wales. The apartment accommodates two people. It is very well located so you can access London, Oxford, Reading, Henley, Maidenhead, Windsor and High Wycombe. There is easy access to M40 and M4 motorways.

A first class stay

This accommodation is faultless. Every detail is considered to make your stay most comfortable and welcome. The surrounding area is quiet, easy parking in front of the accommodation. All you need is there to enjoy. This was a most perfection stay.

The property is well equipped. The location is great, Just 15 mins walk into the centre of the town. Very spacious property with off road parking. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet of the location. A property we hope to visit again in the future.

Warm & welcoming

We arrived on a cold November afternoon. The apartment was lovely and warm and we felt really "at home" as we walked in, the heating was on the room light, airy and comfortable. Very clean and upstairs a super king bed which is very comfortable.

Excellent Property We Would Highly Recommend a Stay Here

Wonderful clean and modern one bedroom house in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to Marlow. Property was exactly as described and the communication with the host was excellent. Superking size bed was very comfortable and the location is so quiet we slept well every night. Very kind touches from the host including milk and a full size pack of cookies waiting for us on check in which was perfect for a cuppa after a 12 hour international flight. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Plus we got a chance to say hi to Tom Kerridge and enjoy excellent food in two of his pubs just 10 mins walk from the house.

Perfect for our needs

We were visiting our son and family in the area and needed somewhere close by to stay. This property fitted the bill perfectly. The apartment was very well appointed and we were delighted with the easy access into Marlow.

Convenient location

Well located for business trip. Was unaware of shared garden and shared driveway, as this was not stated in the listing details. Therefore felt a lack of privacy. Accommodation was cold on arrival and had to go out to buy an electric heater. By the second day the accommodation started to warm up and all was nicely cosy.

Dear Frances Sorry to hear you were unhappy with our lovely two bedroom apartment. At no time did you call me so I could assist you with the heating, I am always at the end of the phone ready to help so you can enjoy your stay. The thermostat is in the living room above the TV which is normally set to 20 degrees which you have control of. Instruction were in the manual on the coffee table. The apartment block has a communal parking area out the back with individual parking spaces, in the Vrbo details it states the following "Two car parking spaces available in the apartment car park at the back of the apartment block. On road parking available at the front of the apartment block too." Our details never stated we had a private car park. We do have a private entrance to the apartment from the public road, which is not over looked by any other apartment but we do not mention this in the details about the apartment. We never mentioned a private garden but you did had access to our private enclosed patio area outside our french doors, which overlooks the well kept communal garden.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is lovely. It has been furnished to a very high standard and is in a great location. Within walking distance of Marlow town centre and a good location for visiting surrounding areas such as Reading, Windsor, Oxford and Henley. Evelyn the host contacted us well in advance of our stay to arrange access on our arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, the living space very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs also beautifully furnished. Off road parking also a much added bonus. The welcome folder with instructions on how all appliances work was extremely useful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return very soon.

Thames Magic

A lovely quiet, clean and bright apartment. It had everything that we needed. Excellent kitchen, including dishwasher. Off road parking. A perfect location for exploring the Thames and Chilterns. Easy to get around by car and train. Short walk to the shops in Marlow. It all added up to a memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely apartment

A genuine home away from home

Really felt like our home away from home. Everything was great. The apartment is new and spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A 10 minute walk to the town. Very quite at night. Comfotable king size bed with a selection of pillows. We highly recommend Evelyns1 bedroom apt.

Ian and I have been providing serviced apartment for over 10 years. We were the first to offer self catering accommodation in Marlow. Since then we have grown and offer a one bedroom apartment, and 2 x two bedroom apartment . We want our customers to arrive with a suitcase and be able to settle in like it is their own home having everything they need for their stay - a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

The apartment has a good location, easy walking distance to the High Street and short walk to restaurants including the Hand in Flower. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is a large flat screen HD TV, blue tooth speaker and welcome pack. For those with electric cars we have a charging point.
Marlow is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty (ANOB). We have the River Thames and the Chiltern Hills on our door step. Windsor, Oxford and London are easily accessible from Marlow. Marlow is a "foodie" town, with many wonderful restaurants to choose from including Tom Kerridge's Hand in Flower, The Coach and The Butcher Tap and Grill, The Vanilla Pod, Vassu by Atul Kochhar to mention a few.

What makes this property unique

It is a very well designed one bedroom apartment with underfloor heating in the living room. Fully equipped Kitchen, modern bathroom, black out blinds, welcome pack and electric car charging point. Easy access to the town and River Thames. Wonderful views over the Thames Valley from the bedroom.
