A quite and cozy apartment, great choise for those who want to relax after a day in renaissance Florence! It can comfortably accommodate 2 people on a sofa bed and 2 people in the loft, and only after a five min walk you are in the Cathedral square. A few meters from one of the most popular theater of Florence Pergola's theater, Luce apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Florence, just 5 minutes from Cathedral square and 15 minutes ftom the train station. The apartment is on the ground floor, it consists of an entrance, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with all appliances and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. The apartment is also equipped with a loft where there are two single beds. From the train station Santa Maria Novella: go straight ahead until Duomo square, take the 3rd on the left, road dei Servi, at the corner turn right in road Bufalini and go straight until the first corner on the left, you are in road della Pergola. After the Pergola's theater on the right you are in road Nuova Dè Caccini! Make you self at home! I hope you will enjoy the flat and treat it like you home. You will find the house rules inside the flat, I will provide you with all the information and advice you need. I also provide you with a map of the neighborhood to explore the city and find everything you need (shops, restaurants, historical places, etc ...), please remember to tell me your arrival time! I will meet at the time of delivery of the Keys, and I will be available Always to solve problems or give unusual and interesting information for example on restaurants or some tourist itineraries. Fo two people I will prepare one queen size bed, for three peolpe I will prepare one queen size bed and one single bed, for four people I will prepare one queen size bed and one double sofa bed, for other request you have to pay an extra for bed linen of eur 10 Check in is from 2p. m., check out until 10 a. m .. Late check in, after 8 p. m., is € 30 extra. From 12 p. m. is € 65 extra. If you have any special requirements please let me know. At your arrival you have to pay cash € 3 for person of tourist tax
