Bright and brand new two-room apartment on the second floor with elevator. Located 50 meters from the best equipped beaches of Sestri Levante, it is ideal for couples and families with children who can spend relaxing beach holidays and stroll along the promenade.
The proximity to the train station of Sestri Levante also makes it convenient and convenient for exploring the beautiful Ligurian coast, from the Cinque Terre Natural Park to Monte di Portofino, so for lovers of trekking.

Clean, modern, and cool :)

Sara’s apartment was a refuge that we looked forward to after the long hot days in sestri. I don’t think most hotels can compete with the cleanliness and comfort of this apartment, and the pictures don’t do enough justice to the lighting and smart layout of it. Great AC too. I highly recommend!

Nice simple apartment

We had a good visit. There place was clean and fairly modern. Proximity to the sea is nice but I little further thank expected. You can park at the train station right outside the building if needed for around 10 euros a day. Washing machine and dryer combo unit was nice. Host was great and responded fairly promptly. Thanks.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Ausgangslage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in der Region. Die Kommunikation mit Sara war super, stets reibungslos und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ideales Urlaubsdomizil in Meeresnähe

Der Check-in-Vorgang erfolgte reibungslos, wir durften sogar schon zu Mittag die Wohnung beziehen. Alles war sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es fehlte an gar nichts! Obwohl in Bahnhofsnähe gelegen, war es mit geschlossenen Fenstern recht ruhig. Danke Sara für diesen tollen Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!9

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sara hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles notwendige erklärt. Das Appartment sah genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern, freundliche, saubere Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür und der Strand sowie zwei Supermärkte nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir hatten 6 wunderbare Tage in Sestri Levante.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Ideale Wohnung für 2 Personen, zentral gelegen, sehr sauber. Unkomplizierte und sympathische Vermieterin. Der doch beträchtliche Lärm des Bahnbetriebs unmittelbar hinter dem Haus darf einen nicht stören.

Familienurlaub September 2022

Die Wohnung von Sara ist einfach nur perfekt für einen Familien-Urlaub an der ligurischen Riviera! Sehr modern und sauber, mit allem ausgestattet: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr,… sogar Klimaanlage, WLAN, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine (sehr gut!) kostenloser Parkplatz direkt davor (Auto immer im Blick). Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof und nicht weit zum Strand/Zentrum. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Obsthändler… Von hier kommt man sehr schnell und günstig mit dem Zug zu den Cinque Terre, Pisa, Portofino oder anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten! Sara ist sehr nett und per WhatsApp immer gut erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Urlaub im Juli in Sestri Levante

Die Wohnung von Sara war super. Gut, mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Wohnung benötigt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war ebenfalls genug vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für eine 4-köpfige Familie etwas eng, aber für den Urlaub vollkommen ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Die Lage ist super. Ca. 2-3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zu einem kostenfreien Strandabschnitt oder zu einem mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm (nicht kostenfrei). Der zweite Strand (Bucht der Stille) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch sehr zu empfehlen, besonders gegen Abend. Einzelne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in wohnungsnähe (Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse, kleiner Supermarkt). An der Strandpromenade gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Zu empfehlen sind die Restaurants weiter ab der Strandpromenade im Stadtinneren. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Alle Orte in der Umgebung wie Genua, Portofino, Cinque Terre sind bequem und kostengünstig mit der Bahn erreichbar. Würde ich auch immer empfehlen. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz Mo-Fr ist vorm Haus. Am Wochenende nicht kostenfrei. Uns hat es super in Sestri Levante gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃.

Tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento è comodissimo, vicino alla stazione e alla spiaggia, è arredato con gusto ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria, la signora Sara, è stata gentilissima e precisa nelle comunicazioni. È stata proprio una bella scoperta per visitare le Cinque Terre o per fare qualche giorno di mare senza necessariamente usare l' auto. Grazie e speriamo di rivederci presto.

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut ideal, um in Sestri Levante, sowie in der Umgebung (Portofino und Cinque Terre) einen wundervollen und sorgenfreien Urlaub zu verbringen. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, parkt der eigene PKW in Sichtnähe vom Zimmerfenster aus. Für die Ausflüge ist der Bahnhof nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist mit allem Erdenklichen und Notwendigem ausgestattet. Sauberkeit und viel Liebe zum Detail zeugen von der Professionalität der Vermieter. Wie kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder !

super mooi, schoon en dichtbij de stad

De woning ziet er tip top uit. Alles is even verzorgd. Sara is een zeer lieve vrouw en bij vragen heb je snel antwoord. Het bed is fantastisch, badkamer en douche zeer schoon. Heerlijk een afwasmachine, wasmachine, wifi & airco. Slaapbank slaapt goed. De locatie is heel fijn, je bent kortbij het strand, het station en de binnenstad van Sestri Levante. Het enige wat we gemist hebben, wat ook niet in de advertentie staat is een balkon, maar verder top verblijf
