The newly built structure is in anti-seismic reinforced concrete. Swimming pool, private enclosed parking, large garden with barbecue and children's play area. A place with a charm suspended in time, the perfect place to combine relaxation and breathtaking panoramic views, at about 700 meters above sea level at the foot of the "Sleeping Beauty" mountain of D Annunziana memory and with a wonderful panoramic view until you see the Adriatic Sea. It is 2 km from market, pharmacy and post office, 10 km from supermarkets and bank. The entrance to the Gran Sasso National Park with 15 km of cross-country trails and snowshoeing (snowshoeing) is only 12 km away, the cross-country trails of the Gran Sasso at 22 km, while the Adriatic Sea beach is 33 km away . Holidays from a minimum of 2 nights.
