The Folly cottage is set within the grounds of the owners’ house, and has one bedroom which can accommodate two people with one bathroom.

Central heating, woodburner. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. TV, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Private, paved patio with gas barbecue outside front door, exclusive use of the grounds surrounding the Folly comprising of rolling lawns, mature trees, attractive fishpond with stone seating. Off road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The bedroom is accessed via antique spiral staircase and there is not suitable for those with limited mobility, babies and children. Note: One small dog welcome. Pet Supplement charged at £25 per pet per stay. Please Note EV Charging points located approximately a mile from the property.
