SUNNY NEST CANAL VIEW IN VENICE CHIC MOVIDA

This apartment is a lovely nest perfect for a couple and close to the heart of entertainment in Venice. However, the flat is located in a quiet and relaxing area.



It is situated on the third floor of a venetian building. Modern and comfortable, it is well furnished with: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, dishwasher, washing machine, WI-FI and TV. There is a living room with a sofa bed and a pouf-bed, a new kitchen with table and chairs, a bathroom with chromotherapy shower.

A little balcony is at guest’s disposal to admire the panoramic view and sip a glass of wine or “spritz” (typical venetian aperitif).



The Venice Casinò, the Museum of Natural History and Cà Pesaro Palace are walking distance from the flat. Other beautiful attractions are Madonna dell’Orto church and Casino degli Spiriti (15 minutes), famous for its legend about ghosts and right in front of Murano island.

Anyway, the area is well connected; you find vaporetto stops along the Fondamenta Canareggio (a public boat transportation) to reach every part of the city.

Perfect neighborhood away from crowds

My cousin and I stayed here 5 days. It was the perfect location on a canal in a quiet part of town close to the train station. It allowed us to escape the tourists and enjoy this incredible city. It was my idea of perfect accommodations.

Great Location/Space - Bad Bed

The space and location are great and the host was super communicative and helpful. We booked it because we were hoping the pull-out bed wouldn’t be too bad but the mattress is pretty thin, the bed is really really squeaky to the point that any movement causes a loud noise and the couch/mattress were quite stained. With a different bed, we would definitely stay again!

The pros to this place is it is an easy 15 minute walk to the train station and has a great balcony.The cons are the bed is as bad as the first reviewer stated. The metal bars will kill your back. Creaked every time one moved. Cleanliness to me was also a concern. Lots of cobwebs and bugs. Fingerprints all over the mirror. There was even black mold in the shower. We tried to open a window and it literally fell off its hinge.
