Beautiful apartment with extraordinary views of the Bay of Santander and with an exquisite and functional decoration, the reform was carried out in 2018.
Located in a unique enclave, it is surrounded by beaches, just the beach of Puntal, together with Somo and Loredo are more than 7 km. You can do all kinds of water sports and you can rent equipment and hire classes. (Surfing, canoeing, paddlesurfing, jet skis, sailing, etc.)
In Pedreña, homeland of Severiano Ballesteros, there are three golf courses, the Real Club de Golf de Pedreña which can be walked from the apartment, the Municipal Golf of La Junquera, Ramón Sota Golf.
Multiple restaurants and bars are located a few meters from the house, where you can taste delicious fish and seafood.
From the beach that is located just below the house part of a coastal path of more than 17km.
There is a transport service by boat to Santander that lasts about 10 minutes and has a frequency of half an hour. In Santander docks in the center a few meters from the Botín Center.
You can also go by boat to Somo, the journey time is about 5 minutes.
