Apartment Marmot is a superb newly built two bedroom ground floor apartment in the beautiful historic village of Samoens. Please note the second bedroom is a small bunkroom. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and is ideally located 5 mins walk to the village centre which has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is located directly opposite the free Grand Massif ski bus. An ideal winter and summer destination. 260km of ski trails in the winter and hiking, biking, rafting and swimming in the summer months.

Accommodates: 4 people
Master bedroom: Includes king size bed, double wardrobe (with plenty of hanging space, shelves and drawer), chest of drawers and access to sunny terrace/garden. All linen and towels are provided.
Bunkroom: Small bunkroom with full sized bunk beds and built in wardrobe.
Kitchen/dining/living area: Kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, oven/grill, large fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine and range of kitchen utensils and crockery. Relaxing seating area has a tv/dvd player, wireless music speaker, free wifi and patio doors providing access to the terrace/garden.
Shower room: Shower, sink, heated towel rail and separate toilet.
Outside area: Patio terrace and small garden where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views.

Check in time is 5pm and check out is 10am. Apartment Marmot is managed by Flat Peak (who are located in Samoens) and are available for meet and greet and key handover as well as any other assistance required throughout your stay. we will be available on email or phone if required.

Check in day is flexible and minimum stay is 4 nights. End of stay cleaning is included.

Nice property on the edge of Samoens

Great stay in a clean, modern apartment. Bus stop right outside the apartment made the journey to and from the ski lift easy.

Winter break

The apartment is very well located, we could reach the centre of the village and the telecabines on foot in about 10-15 minutes. The apartment is cosy, well decorated and equipped. However I would say that the small bedroom with the bunk beds is really only advisable for kids - it was a bit tight for our two grown-up kids. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Perfect Location For Skiing & Village!

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Marmot - It was warm, clean, comfortable and stylish and a on arrival there was a lovely surprise - a hamper with some wine and other treats and essentials! 5-10 minute walk into town and close to ski bus or 15-20min walk to the cable car. We actually drove to the lift and parked in the car park there which is free - although get there early cause it gets very busy! Couldn't recommend more. Laura was super helpful and communication was a breeze! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay here for a week long ski holiday. The host was friendly and great comms up front, and check in and information about the village was very straightforward.The apartment was comfortable and well located to get into town and up the mountain, and to have easy parking was very helpful too.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement bien concu et tout neuf. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé Procédures d’entrée et de sortie faciles. Appartement au rdc bénéficiant d’une terrasse et d’un tout petit jardin qui permet de prendre ses repas dehors (avec un vis à vis cependant). L’appartement est vraiment au calme. Et à la fois, tout proche du centre ville de samoens (5 min à pied), ce qui évite d’avoir à y aller en voiture. Il manque peut être un lave linge mais sinon c’était vraiment parfait ! Nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons cet appartement !

Bel appartement . Bien placé et près du centre. Propre. Il serai judicieux d avoir un parasol pour pouvoir profiter de l extérieur en été. il manque un peu de vaisselle (verres) et un micro ondes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

Excellent, Practical and New

Just returned from a short trip and stayed here. Apartment was superb, very new and perfect for a family of 4. Beds comfortable and living area/kitchen spacious and clean. Bus to the cable car outside and it’s about a 10 min walk into Samoens. Highly recommend and would return. All paid through home and away app communication super and we arrived early and hit a later check out too to coincide with transfers.
