My little cozy house is in a historical building by an Italian famous architect, but with no elevator. Within Walking Distance: 1 min walking to S. Giovanni in Laterano Church; 15 mins walking to Colosseum, Roman Forum, City Center; 10 mins Celio; 20 mins ancient Appian way. CONNECTIONS: In 5 mins: Underground Station - Metro "SAN GIOVANNI" and Tram 3 In 10 mins: Main Train Station "TERMINI" (both by tube and numerous buses) Gay friendly, perfect for long stay and remote workers (powerful wifi connection)

Great location -poorly equipped

The apartment is centrally located near St. John's Lateran Bacillica. It was clean with good AC. Good price. BUT, it's a third floor walk-up with no elevator (66 steps!). It's missing several basic elements - no TV (photo is inaccurate), no microwave, no table to eat from, except a low coffee table, no chairs, just a large couch. A washer but no dryer or drying rack or ironing board. Even the art was stripped from the walls. Can't recommend.

Ferienwohnung Eleonora Rom

Zentral und ruhig gelegen, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn in der Nähe. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprach nicht der Tatsache. Es sollten zwei Schlafzimmer sein, tatsächlich war es nur eins (sehr klein). Im Wohnzimmermit Küchenzeile war das Sofa ausgezogen, darauf ein quietschendes Stahlgestell mit zwei einfachen Auflagen. Sitzgelegenheiten: Klappstühle aus Kunststoff. Das Wohnzimmer war dadurch keins mehr, ungemütlich und eng. Die Aufbettung war direkt neben der Badtür, Für zwei Paare ungeeignet. Der Erhalt der Kurtaxe wurde von einem Boten, der auch die Schlüssel übergeben hat, bar kassiert und nicht quittiert.
