As you know we’ve booked holiday lets through you before and even though we’ve stayed at this particular apartment before, the level of cleanliness we experienced when we arrived on Saturday has shocked and disappointed us to the extent we’re reconsidering booking through your agency again. We do not expect to have to clean an apartment on arrival.Carpets - the carpets throughout the apartment are covered with dirt - the sofas are very stained too.Bins - the bin in the family bathroom had not been emptied and there was a used qtip on the floor (and I suspect the floor had not been cleaned)En-suite bathroom - the sink had stubble in it, the bathroom scales have a layer of dust, hair and dirt on them - I dare not touch them to move them. The tooth brush holders in both bathrooms were full of scum (we removed them and put them in the dishwasher immediately)The master bedroom is dusty and dirty - the skirting boards, vanity/dressing table were dusty unwiped and unhygienic .The laundry basket in the second bedroom is full of dirty towels and washing (assume from the previous clients) the one in the en-suite has items (crayons) in it.Dirty cups, plates, cutlery and dishes had been put away in the kitchen cupboards without being cleaned. We had to wash all of them on Saturday evening.Nail clippings and filings were on the coffee table in the living room - disgusting! As I’m you’ll appreciate - this has significantly impacted on the start of our holiday, I’m sure you’

Comfortable Flat with beautiful views
The property was well equipped and very clean.
It was comfortable and being able to look out to sea and countryside as very relaxing and refreshing.
A specail place.
The only problem was we had trouble finding the correct key safe as it was not labelled and then were unable to open any of them. We were rescued by a friendly neighbour just before we about to set off to find a hotel.

Excellent sea views
Property is in need of serious tlc. Sofas extremely uncomfortable and in desperate need of replacing, which has been commented on for the past few years, and the problem still not rectified.
Property managing company very helpful, as we had to contact them on arrival as keys were not in the key safe and we had no way of gaining entry into flat. Also very prompt at coming out to the property again a couple of days later to replace the fire alarm battery. There were a few other issues I pointed out at the same time that needed dealing with.
Parking is tight, but we tended to spend the days walking, so didn’t really have to worry about getting back into parking area.
The best part really is the location, absolutely stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.
Winking Prawn very handy for breakfast and lunch and only a short stroll away.
