Beautiful rustic log cabin home, with WIFI, steps away from Snowbird Creek. Perfectly located, just minutes from the Cherohala Skyway and the Tail of the Dragon. Large wrap around porch is great for entertaining or relaxing. Has a very cozy feel that includes all hardwood floors and rustic knotty pine interior with gas log fireplace. Awesome trout fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting, and 4-wheeling in your backyard! Just minutes away is Santeelah Lake. Also close by is Harrah's Cherokee Casino and popular mountain town Bryson City. You will fall in love with this area!

So good we came back

This property is secluded and away from everything while still being close to town. A great place to spend the week with family. We loaded up on groceries on the way and didn't really need to leave after that. Crazy amount of fish in the river while still being great for the kids to play.

Fellowship Haven

We found this beautiful cabin to be of high quality in facilities and decor. All of our needs were met and more. We felt safe during our stay and didnt want to leave. Old friendships renewed and new friendships established during our meal times, grilling time, fire time, and game time. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful cottage, on Snowbird Creek. As the grandchildren said, “it’s pretty remote but really fun”. We played in the creek, scootered up Big Snowbird to end of the pavement, hiked Huckleberry Trail, found new ice cream truck ( best ice cream ever with homemade waffle cones), saw eagle going down the creek, listened to roosters across the street. Cabin was well supplied. Steps are steep to upstairs, but boys loved the bunk room and galley way upstairs. Yard with fire pit was spacious, clean. The porch, oh my, wrap around, large, great rockers, grill. All just across street and road from our old home place. Thanks so much.

Guys weekend to the tail of the dragon

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. Wish we could have stayed longer. We’ve been going for over ten years and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Great location and cabin

We loved our stay here. I have three boys from 8-13years old and they, along with the adults, spent all day tubing down the river and fishing. The cabin is stocked with tubes to use in the river and the kitchen has everything you could think of. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful cabin, great fishing

We’ve come to Snowbird each year to fish and relax for almost two decades now. This stretch of the river is both scenic and easy to access for fisherpeople. The cabin is spacious and well appointed. Perfect spot!

Relaxing Property!

My family and I enjoyed our long weekend stay at this beautiful cabin! My kids and Lab absolutely loved playing in the stream behind the house, and my husband and I enjoyed fishing for trout in the same stream! We definitely plan on staying again in the future!

Trout Fishing Cabin

The property was a great location to access the nearby creeks for fishing and outdoors. I was able to catch trout behind the cabin, and further up the creek near the house the fishing was wonderful. Beautiful area!

Private and relaxing

Perfect location for a very laid back low key vacation. The cabin is very nice and provides plenty of space for the whole family. Owner provides inter tubes and chairs to enjoy the river running through the back yard and the wrap around porch provides the perfect setting for making memories.

Relaxing Stay

It's a beautiful property in an awesome location and the ownwrs are nice. Internet and cell service is not good, so make sure you're ok with that when planning a stay here. Snowbird creek and wilderness is just beautiful. It's a great place to unwind.

relaxing mountain get away

It was a nice location right on the river. River is stocked and great for trout fishing for beginners on up. The property is clean and well kept. Nice big porches around the house to relax, grill, or sit and chat.

The place was in great shape, well appointed and had plenty of amenities. The only negative experience we had was the Ingles in town was expensive and old. Best to make the ride out to Murphy to stock up.

Perfect Family Christmas!

The location of the cabin is amazing, as the running stream/river was so peaceful and beautiful. Even when it froze it was gorgeous! We had two couples and plenty of room! The cabin is well-stocked with all of the amenities, including a great fire pit! We will definitely reserve this one again!

Beautiful setting

Loved the cabin and wraparound porch. (Getting the key out of the box was a bit challenging but we finally managed). The creek is amazing. We enjoyed the firepit with our sons who were exuberant after catching some beautiful brown trout. Beds were comfy and i loved the soft comforter on the downstairs bed. Ate lunch at Lynn's Place in Robbinsville which was quite tasty and a quaint setting. Great place to stay if you're in the Lake Santeetlah area
