We’re sorry the third-floor stairs and the weekday noise impacted your stay — the stairs are narrow and steep due to the historic layout, and we know that can be challenging for some guests. Thank you for flagging the single-pane/loose windows and the AC vibrations; we’ll have maintenance inspect the windows and the unit mounts to see what can be improved. Unfortunately nearby construction is out of our control, but we apologize for the early-morning disturbance. Your notes about noise sensitivity are helpful for future guests; earplugs or a white-noise option can make a big difference.
